Been a while since we’ve looked at WEF. P/E and P/B looks value. With the surge in immigration, sustained housing shortage, possibility inflation rolling down, and a pause in interest rate hikes, maybe this company and sector in general is just unloved enough to dip a toe in..
Q: This company is Delinquent in its filings. Should I sell it? I noticed in a previous question you were positive on this stock as a hold, do you remain so?
Q: Good morning. What are your thoughts regarding "Evertz Reports Purchase Order in Excess of $152 Million?" This would be (on average) $30 Million / year for the 5 years of the deal, although the income may be received in a less even way!
Thanks.
Q: Could there be some market manipulation. The price to cash flow is now at 6.5 . Its outlook is decent for the year. You would think something devastating happened like a huge lawsuit.
Q: I've been sitting for years waiting for the long awaited "potential" to become realized. Is there anything new on the horizon, or is this going to continue to be dead money?
Q: In response to a recent question about TCS, you said “We would be comfortable adding to the position given the recent weakness in share price.”
Would you sell ILLM to buy more TCS, which I already own, or add to GOOGL, which I also own and which I know you like, or would you stick it out with ILLM?
I have held ILLM for a long time, and don’t want to sell if it has more potential than the other stocks mentioned. But I would hate to see a tech rally over the next few years while ILLM sits on the side lines. Do you think the recent ticker symbol change could be signalling a forthcoming change in strategy?
Q: With a PE of 26.5 (and falling), CTS is starting to scream "buy" at me, although 5i has cautioned about declining rates of growth during what may or may not be a recession. Is it's debt (1.8 times EBITDA I believe) a concern, or are there other caution signals (e.g. rising shorts or no recent insider buying)?

Q: Hi have these microcap companies in low portfolio weighting speculative account. PNRL and TLO since I think nickel will be in demand for EV batteries, and DSV as an silver developer.
Any opinion on viability of the 3 companies? Tempted to cut them loose but not in taxable account, so just looking at opportunity cost. Do you think any/all of these 3 survive for a hopefully better market for metals?
Q: When do you think there will be some definition on what will happen to CTS? What's your timing estimate on the strategic review? At these prices, is it worth buying to see what happens? risk/reward?
