Q: Hello. Can I get your current recommendations, if any, for companies in copper, platinum and palladium? Ideally looking for smaller plays for torque. Deduct credits as required and stay safe!

I have a question for you about two metals stocks I held in December but sold to pursue a bigger stake in FCC which has paid off nicely. Now that I am adding more to RRSP for income tax purposes I am looking at getting back into some metals or mining stocks.

I sold XBM at 16.02 in December and now see it at 18.00, would you buy at this price? I sold KNT at $8.49 and now it's on sale for $6.56. Any recommendations to get back into either stock or alternatives in the metals sector? My investment timeframe is 20+ years and medium risk. Thanks.

Q: This company appears to be doing well (recent results and dividend increase) and the stock has climbed significantly in the last number of months. It makes up about 4% of my overall portfolio (which is significantly overweight in technology). Would this continue to be a strong candidate for accumulation in its sector or would you prefer others?

Q: Hello Peter and Team,

I am curious about your opinion regarding Silver. I attempted sorting through questions as I am sure there are many which have been asked but that is fairly time consuming. If you could, please either steer me in the right direction regarding questions which may have been asked and or provide me your opinion as an answer to this question. And also, which companies you would consider a good addition to a portfolio if you do in fact consider Silver as a good addition to a portfolio at this time.

China does export some rare earth metals that are essential for alot of industries
uses
Australia is trying raise capital to develop their own rare earth metals
Are there any companies in Canada or US that one can invest in for this area?
