Q: Where did you find out that Octavian is liquidating its position in Enercare? It recently issued a press release that said the rumours are wrong and that it is continuing to hold and has no intention of selling.

That sounds a lot like a signal of a cyclical bottom, with the emergence of very attractive low risk/substantial reward investment scenarios. At the same time, many stocks are up significantly over the past 6-12 months, particularly those with dividend yields.
