Q: I am currently holding Air Boss of America at a loss. Considering selling and using proceeds to purchase Auto Canada. Is this advisable or are there other investments in consumer cyclical other than AW.UN, CGX, XTC that you would prefer. Thanks.

Q: I am looking for growth within a 7 to 10 year time frame and would like you to rank Enghouse, Spin Master, and Envirostar in order of preference. I have a diversified portfolio and would be comfortable adding one or all three to my current holdings. Could you provide a one liner for each equity outlining their merits. I included EVI as a possible US growth stock based on a previous answer you provided the past week. Thank you.

Q: Lester Asset Management is a small wealth management Company. They have made numerous appearances on BNN. For someone who wants a "No Fuss" Canadian portfolio of One or two ETFs like VCN & XHT and a small/medium fund like Lester Canadian Equity Fund, how would you rate the Fund & the company? Would you recommend another fund in the small/Medium class instead?

Q: I've been wondering about growth vs. sector allocation. My portfolio is well diversified and has a growth bent due to my situation and not needing income for a number of years. The question is: when looking for growth, is it advisable to look for growth companies in all sectors? Or would you focus the growth more in certain sectors such as technology, and more stable companies in a sector such as financial? I need to add to healthcare, financials, telecom a bit but not sure if they are the best place to add small-cam growth, or look to find that in technology/industrial/discretionary. If in all categories what are best suggestions for small cap growth in health (other than gud), financials and telecom?

Q: How does the possible exercise of the options noted below from their current MD&A impact the price and opportunity?

In April 2014, the Corporation completed a private placement underwriting 5.75 million units at a price of $3.25 per unit, for net proceeds of $17.5 million. Each unit consisted of one common share and one-half warrant entitling its holder to purchase one additional common share of Savaria at an exercise price of
$4.25. These warrants expire on April 15, 2017.

Q: Hello Peter, I have full positions in FTS, BIP and EMA, and a long-held triple position in BAM. With some new money, I'm tempted by ALA for its good yield and steadiness. Do you think this is too much duplication (considering the fact that I probably already own too many individual stocks, probably 60-70 if I include my RRSP, TFSA and non-registered). Or is the excellent yield enough to justify the addition.

Q: Having traded with the Active Trader Program with TD. which has ended, I am looking for a recommend on a new broker with a better trading platform than the new platform (TD-Advance Dashboard)which is deficient compared to ATP for Canada. I am happy with Think or Swim for my U.S. trading. Any suggestions. Platform is very important for active traders. thank you for what you do for subscribers.

Q: Hi, the following micro-cap gold companies have been on my watch list after reading or hearing about them from different sources. They are all between 40M-90M market cap so I acknowledge they are all very high risk. Having said that, they all seem to have potential either to be taken out or to grow. How would you rank these as far as potential, risk?

Avnel (AVK), Orca (ORG), Pure (PGM). I'm leaning towards Avnel for a small position.

Q: If you could comment on Reitman's results please, that were released on Wednesday.

Same store sales up near 8%, on-line continues to grow very nicely, slight profit miss due to weak CAD, all seems pretty good, considering that YoY had 90 less retail outlets. Decent divi as well.

Stock is trading down though. Given that this is fairly thinly traded, is it just a few people deciding there are better 'stories' elsewhere, or is there more (meaning less!) to the story than I'm seeing, and it's time to leave as well. Your thoughts are very appreciated. Thanks...,
