Q: If you were thinking that there may be a merger between these two companies, had CDN & US cash to deploy in both, and were not over-weight in the sector, would you purchase both companies? If you were to only choose one to benefit the most, which would you enter into at today's prices?

Q: Spin Master looks like a dog, acts like a dog, and will soon be barking like a dog. Insiders, over the past year have been sellers of the company with no insider buying that I could see. Is this puppy healthy or is it rabid and needs to mercifully be put down?
About a month ago you said that you would issue a detailed report on the company in a timely manner. Given how the stock has been acting over the past month would this be a good time to issue a more detailed analysis,

Q: Because of the lack of liquidity on BCI I placed a limit order at $32 for the quantity I am looking for. I realize that once I'm in it will not be easy to exit.

Your last comment on BCI was a month ago and wondering how you felt about the stock at $32 for the next 2 or 3 years.

Asking this mostly because of the illiquidity and thought $32 might make it a good buy.

Please advise.

Q: Could you please clarify how this ETF pricing mechanism works? My Qtrade website shows the current bid at $30.88 and ask at $30.91 (at approximately noon PT on Wed, April 18), yet the Day High shows $30.49. Is this indicating that there has not been any trading since the $30.49 price? I see a similar discrepancy with HXQ, but not with HXT where the bid price is exactly at the day high price. Thanks.

Q: Hi, about the recent question from Brad, who, like many of us is left clueless when recent changes to Globe Investor Watchlist app resulted in loss of a very useful feature which updated news as and when released from various news wire sources for the stocks on the watchlist. I am now using Yahoo Finance ( I think it's free), where I have uploaded my Watch List and most news releases are updated as and when out. The only issue is that, Yahoo Finance also posts Motley Fool/Accesswire articles, frequently, linked to these stocks, but are of no use for me. I am reasonably OK with this.
