Q: I consider WSP and STN my core holdings but now due to excellent appreciation they represent 7% and 3% of my portfolio. ARE has been a laggard and represents 1%. With ARE should I go back to SNC which I owned in the past (upside due to the recent acquisition?) or just keep WSP and STN as the only stocks in this area?

Q: I would like to add one infrastructure company to my portfolio (I have none) which one of the above specified companies do you prefer, or do you have another suggestion?
I like the WSP's dividend, but I like to see some growth as well. Which one of these companies will give me the highest total return? i.e dividend plus share appreciation.
Thanks in advance,
Jacob

Q: Market reaction on the previous earnings report for Aecon, AutoCanada and Brookfield Asset Management brought me unpleasant surprises and the price of stocks substantially dropped. This makes me nervous as we approach the new earnings season. My questions are:
1. Would you recommend holding the above listed stocks or perhaps selling some of them?
2. In general, shouldn't it be safer to sell all stocks a week or two before earnings, an buy them again later?

Q: If we believe all we are hearing there could be a lot of government spending on Infrostructure both in Canada and the US. With this in mind how would you rate the above companies for growth in the next 2 - 3 yrs? Which would be benefitting most from US expenditure? Any others you would prefer?
(If this is more than one question - OK) I always appreciate your good advice. Thks.

Q: I own the 5.5% Aecon 31 Dec 18 convertible debentures. They are trading at about $109, and I bought them in Dec 2014 at about par. Should I take my profit now? If I wait until maturity, I will lose the current premium. I suppose they are trading at a premium because of the embedded warrant value.

Q: I am looking at these 4 stocks for a combination of growth and income. Do you see any problem with these or do you have a better suggestion? Also, do you feel now is a good time to buy or would it be better to wait until summer is over?

Q: Peter; I see Mr. Trudeau said that the first two years of infracture spending will be on " unsexy" things such as recapitalization, deferred maintenance, upgrades and restoring subway signals. Would this not take the shine off the above companies re " major" projects and forward any new work out two years? Thanks.Rod
