Q: Any thoughts on Atlassian? (ticker is 'TEAM' on the Nasdaq)? I work in the software industry and I know that their products are fantastic and growing in popularity with large companies. Is it too early to get in as an investment?

Q: XT-N
iShares Exponential Technologies
I am looking for an ETF that follows emerging new technologies. One that seems to fit the bill is iShares Exponential Technologies (XT-N). What do you think of it? Is there another you would like better? Are there any traded in Canada?

Q: Hi! Can you comment on pho recent corporate update and provide a few replacement ideas if you still believe the company isn't worth holding. Thanks a lot for the awesome service! Dominic
Q: Qualcomm has had a nice run up - do you think its a good long term hold or would you sell and buy a Canadian Tech company (e.g CSU / Kinaxis / ESL)? I realize a small profit if I sell now. Thanks, Neil
Q: I had purchased both Amazon and Netflix in equal weighting for my US holdings, at 2.5% each. I rode the wave of Netflix to top $130 only to see it tumbling down right to where I started. No harm, no foul. The question is, though, is the long-term growth of Netflix intact, notwithstanding its recent slowdown? I tend to have faith in these behemoths re-inventing themselves, but it doesn't always work out. Would it make sense to move this money to Amazon, or does it make good investment sense to hang on. (The other position I was thinking of adding to instead of Amazon is NVDA, now held at 2.5%, roughly.) Thanks, as ever, for your sound advice.
Q: Good afternoon. Could you please recommend a CDN dollar ETF that holds U.S. online shopping companies, such as Amazon. As well as, a CDN dollar ETF that holds U.S. technology companies. Thanks very much. David
Q: In the technology sector, I have OTC(2.8%), WIN (1.5%), ESL (0.62%), AYA (1%). They represent 5.92% of my portfolio. WIN and ESL are not doing well but the loss is not significant. Since I have low exposure to this sector and would like to add more, what stocks should I be looking at? The ideal sector weight should be around 10%. Thanks
Q: Good Morning, you have recommended Nvidia as a momentum play couple of days ago. Could you please provide your thesis for this stock?

Q: I have 15% of my well diversified portfolio in Tech stocks. I am thinking of consolidating my 7 stocks into a smaller number of stocks - perhaps down to 5. I have 2%-3% in all the mentioned companies except SYZ at 1%. Any suggestions as to which companies to sell and which ones to "top up" would be appreciated, or maybe just leave as is.
Q: I recently read the Economist's Special Report on AI and the billions that are being invested in this area. Can you recommend any investable companies in this area?
Q: I'm trying to understand SYZ. It's a fabulous company but little known. There is strong insider buying and the company is aggressively buying back shares. The share price has moved steadily from $6.60 to the $10.50 range. It isn't widely followed by the market. 5i has been the big supporter to date. My concern with the stock is that the upward movement in the share price appears to be directly due to the company buying back shares. If the company stops buying, what happens next? I guess the question is how does a small company get broader recognition and a wider following to push the price higher on pure market conditions? When the company isn't buying shares, the trading volume is usually very low.

Q: I'm confused by Tucows. When the markets were going down, this one was going up. Today, in an up-market, it's down. Any thoughts on why it trades opposite to the markets?
Q: In light of the Brexit vote do you think that today or early next week would be a good time to add to my position in this security or do you feel that it has too much European exposure? Thank You. Brian
Q: Can you please give me and others your reasoned view and outlook on these two esoteric, hi tech companies. Thank you
Q: I am wondering if you know of any companies to invest in that are involved in "wearable Technologies".
Q: CSU has been flat this year. Is the high growth that we have seen in previous years over? What kind of expectations do you have for this stock going forward?
Q: Do you have any insight into why WIN is tanking?
With appreciation.

Q: Much has been made of the emergence of "fintech" as an emerging sector with substantial upside. Can you recommend an ETF that covers this area....or absent that, a few recommended specific companies

Q: Does the announcement that Polycom has received a higher offer than Mitel's affect this deal in way? I thought the board had accepted the Mitel offer so does this news just re-inforce that it is a good deal for Mitel or does the uncertainty hurt the deal?
Appreciate your insights.
