Q: In respect to today's announcement that the auditors have resigned, what are the chances that the “reportable event” with respect to “unresolved issues”is not seriously negative?

Q: In Nov IRO.v reported TTM EPS of $0.11USD for Q3 & it closed on Friday at $0.485. It appears to be extremely cheap with a P/E of roughly 3x. Fundamentals have been improving each quarter. They have some debt from the transformational acquisition of Papillon in 2016 but have been paying it down rapidly in 2017. With these key points above, I think it deserves some further consideration.
Another subscriber had asked about IRO in January & 5i said “At less than $10M market cap, we would completely avoid IRO.” Yes I agree, it’s a very illiquid microcap but that does not concern me because I’m not buying million of shares. I recently purchased a few thousand shares in my TFSA account. I thought it has potential to be a 4bagger this yr. Do you really think it should be avoid & why?

Q: UR fell 40% Friday on news of the CEO leaving. They also seem to be struggling to get the financing in order. A while ago you suggested that at lower levels it might become interesting.. what is your opinion given the recent news?

Q: can you comment on this company?
Q: Good morning. From where they are now which one has the greatest growth potential? COV or BYL? Thanks
Q: I have significant tax loss on PHM, losses that are not usable. I have reduced my position but still have a large quantity of shares such that a penny makes a difference to me. Is it worth to wait and see (ride it out)? Does PHM.ca even have a PULSE or was this whole thing a scam? Very difficult to find info on PHM and they don’t want to respond to questions on next date it will report results.
Is it worth keeping VMD.ca the split-off company – Viomed seems to have some activity but if the same people are behind it , is it vulnerable or does it have some reasonable prospects for future growth?

Q: thank you for your recent opinion on this stock the stock has since broken out to the upside what is your opinion going forward
Q: Hello 5i
I see you continue to be positive on RHT and recommend it at all near term prices.
With an effort to protect against downside movement in holdings owned, one of the technical rules I am working to utilize is to not purchase investments with declining stock prices.
What are your thoughts on buying RHT here ($2.23) and with the awareness of a price that appears to be undergoing a short term technical pullback. (potentially magnitude may be 1/3 of the rise)
Appreciate the service and your thoughts.
Dave

Q: Please tell me your thoughts about earnings. Why is the stock selling off?
Q: It has been about a year since a question on this company.
They just announced a special dividend and their latest few quarters appear to be pretty good.
I know liquidity is an issue.
Can you please provide an update on the company and whether you would recommend taking an initial position at this time.
Thanks

Q: Hello,
My question is on Intermap Technologies. The company had issues with their former CEO and a failed contract which landed them into debt. A new CEO has taken over since Sept 2017. The company looks to be turning a corner with increasing revenue Y/Y and they are now generating positive cash flow. The past two quarters they have earned 11c EPS USD (7c Q3, 4c Q4). They company is trading less than 5x these two quarters. Company has 220M in NOL, plus I believe their combine tangable and Intangible assets are at least equal to long term (Interest free) debt and other liabilities.
I like the fact the company has a low share count of approx 16 so any good news could make this stock jump quickly. However, the volume and lack of interest concerns me.
Can I please have your thoughts on this company and why the "the street" is ignoring them?
Thank you! I look forward to your reply.
Sincerely,
Michael

Q: Not sure if this question is within your scope, but I am trying to find out when I will be able to buy shares of Ethereum Capital, under what ticker symbol it would appear and on which exchanges it would be listed (TSX, Venture, NASDAQ?)
Many thanks

Q: COV along with PHO seemed to be picking up speed on the downside. I went through a similar situation with CXR and CRH. I am now in the red with COV and it won't be long until I am in the red with PHO. Are you starting to lose patience with these companies? On another note, with the analysts that Larry Berman follows and along with his charts he can see the market dropping down 2,000 points past its February low on Berman's call today. What chance do you think that has of happening? I rely on your expertise. Dennis
