Q: Hello 5i , my question is regarding Temex (TME). Can you review the recent news involving Oban and the proposed merger of several junior miners. as a current shareholder of TME is this a good deal ? if the proposed merger goes thru is management capable of creating shareholder value going forward ? should i vote to accept the offer ? why ? i realize overall this is a high risk sector but do you see any other red flags that the ordinary joe might be missing ? thanx Norm

Q: Hi,
Slw is a royalty outfit, this I get but if the royalty is based on an outtake of a potential decline production of the royalty debtors, then is it not that the payout to slw is lower?
If I am correct in my assumption,
1/what is your take on the value of it's contracts in view of potential reductions of production? And
2/with consideration of (1) do you think it's actual price: $ 21.62 is a fair value or expensive.

Thank you for your evaluation.

Q: Hello

I'm wondering if you see anything positive in the company's future. It looks bleak to say the least but I keep thinking about all the cobalt reserves and companies like Tesla needing a whole lot of it in the upcoming years. Thank you

Q: Good Morning,
Can you please comment on RNX hiring Swedbank to help in raising $600MM in a potential bond issue? Without any cash flow how would RNX make the interest payments? Could it be structured like a stripped bond? Thank-you.

Q: Teck Resources seems to be hitting lows not seen since 2009 recently. The coal and base metal industries are definitely in a slump, but the products remain necessary and TCK still seems able to generate a reasonable profit. What is your opinion on buying shares of TCK.B as a long term (multi-year) hold for capital gains and the dividend? If TCK.B is not recommended do you have a better stock to recommend in the same industry group?

What do you think about HMY at the current levels? It's hovering at 52 weeks lows. Is the dividend safe (at over 7% at current stock price) ?
I have Goldcorp and I'm under water.

Q: Hi there,

Any ideas as to what Goldcorp may be doing with all the raised as of late, and the money raised with the sale of Tahoe? Just paying down debt? Are there any companies on their radar? If so, which ones would be logical fits with their plans in your experience?

Thanks,

Arturo

Q: Hi,
It's been awhile since there has been a question on NML, I know it has likely been forgotten. I find it disturbing that Tata Steel can continue making cash calls to NML which NML can't answer which dilutes their interest in the DSO. How is it possible that Tata can alter the scope of the DSO which increases Capex significantly and NML is legally bound to this? These changes were not included in the original agreement and has greatly altered the cost and the time line of the project. I have requested the original documents but they will not release them to shareholders which I also find incredible. Any thoughts? What is the future for NML? Thank-you.
