Q: I note you think the offer for AVO is modest but the text I have suggests the deal has been done. So is this the case or is there the potential for another higher offer? I also note that the volume of shares sold so far is quite light which might indicate most people think there could be another offer or that the price is low?

Q: Can you please tell me the forward PE multiple on this stock. I am looking at the investor fact sheet and its YOY EPS growth is 39%. Would it be reasonable to add this growth rate to 2017 eps and come up with the forward pe? thanks

Q: With SJ new offering showing as still “open” at rbc, how do the banks clear their bought deal? IE: how do they sell the offering when the market price is below the offer price? Do you think SJ price will recover to yesterday’s price in the next month or so?

Q: Good Morning. My question is about AVO. I owned this stock for several frustrating years, lost lots of money and finally sold it in August 2016. At the time, the CEO seemed to be particularly insensitive to what it means to be a public company. Avigilon was engaged in what it called the "price adjustment model" which effectively trashed operating profit in the name of longer term growth potential. The stock was in a downward spiral.
I see 5i is recommending this stock again and has it in their model portfolios. What is your opinion about management now (assume it is the same CEO) and how much of a discount should this stock get in light of past operating performance.

Q: First of all, read about your site in Market Masters and love your website!

I am considering investing in BSM Technologies but recently read a bunch of reviews on glassdoor.ca that make me question my investment. The employees seem disgruntled and consider the technology buggy and outdated. After reading your report however, perhaps they are talking about the technology before Mobi? Also, i understand hardware in its infancy can have issues so thats not much of a concern. What do you make of all this?
