Q: Can you clarify the 5i rating system (A+, A, etc.). Does the score measure safety, value, or other.

One of the company reports included the following:

"Nothing wrong here, but we are lowing our rating one notch because of rapid share price gains since we started coverage of the company."

This would imply that the rating is value based. If this is correct, would 5i consider using a safety measurement? (Value is very subjective).

Q: Becker's (BEK.B) looks pretty thinly traded but if my stats are correct, it is selling below BV and has a pretty good ROI. As I now live in western Canada I've not been in their stores for many years, but they used to be pretty clean and looked well run. Your thoughts?

Q: Peter, in your last blog titled “Watch out for these Red Flags” you identified auditor changes as something to pay extra attention to. Well I noticed in reading Winpak’s (WPK) recent proxy circular that they are recommending and voting on a change of auditors. Any concerns? How might an individual investor ascertain the reason behind a company changing auditors such as in Winpak’s case for example?

Q: I am looking to purchase ZWU - BMO Covered Call Utility ETF which has a yield of 6.6%. My annualized return target is 7% and I am very risk averse. Are there any risks to my thought process? This also applies to ZWB - BMO Covered Call Canadian Banks yielding 6.6%. Thank You.
