Q: What is your current take on CSW.A, DXT and GH? Would you buy them at today's price? How would you rank for both dividend and growth?

Q: After years of holding this company I sold it for tax loss. I'm confident I have time to rebuy after 30 days without the need of a proxy. The question is, should I rebuy it. Even though it has grown for the last 3-4 Q's as a result of its entry into the RTD market, investors don't seem to care. Perhaps with a risk off market and a shift to value it could run. What do you think? How would you rank this stock, as an income stock with moderate growth or just a straight income stock? What would you consider a better income stock with moderate growth? Can you review it's last 2 or 3 Q's in your response? Thank you.

Q: OK so now we have "buy Canadian, bye American" trend. So I suppose Canadian companies could actually see a bump in sales. Are there any companies you can think of where this could move the needle in a meaningful way? Not sure how sustainable though?

Q: The last 3 Q's it has shown good growth through its acquisitions in the RTD market. The price has not responded to what I see as the potential growth turn around and you have provided some support for this thesis in previous questions. It reports February 12 and I am wondering if the Q is good would you continue to wait for a turnaround in the price or would you move on? How long would you wait? It is at a long term low price, feel it can't go any lower, but while waiting I have missed on stocks like CLS.

Here are 2 losers that I bought in better times. I have decided to sell one. Not sure which would be better for a long term hold. Personally I prefer wine over beer except on a hot day...you can see my dilemma! Ha!Ha! Joking aside ...from a business perspective do I keep the wine or beer! Ha!Ha! Thanks...your research and analysis is well worth the annual dues!

Q: Can you comment on its most recent Q please. Also, Ace Beverage has acquired Nude RTD beverage. There has also been some recent change to the board. Seems like much activity has been going on with this company relatively speaking. Can you comment on whether you see the recent Q, additional RTD acquisition of Nude has potential to
generate some growth or do you continue to view it as an income stock. Would you buy, sell or hold the stock. If sell what would you buy instead?

Q: Can you comment on the company's most recent Q results. It seems the Ace Beverage acquisition is providing a good catalyst for top and bottom line growth but the stock price didn't seem to respond to this. I have held this patiently for several years and am wondering if more patience is warranted or if there is a better alternate you would suggest.

I have been following this stock for some time...The dividend is over 6% which could be a red flag. I am also wondering about it's valuation. What are your thoughts going forward long term. Q: I have held this stock for low volatility, a little growth and a steady income. However its performance in the last 12 months has been dreadful. Is is just poorly managed or is there some other fundamental problem with the company?
Do you think there is much of a possibility it could be bought out by its major shareholder?

Q: Good morning.

I am down 35% on CSW.A with an effective yield of 4.4% on the purchase price. It is my cash account.

Is there really any point in continuing to hold this one? From reading answers to previous questions it does not appear there is any significant growth potential.

I think it would be best to take the capital loss and buy a BNS, BCE or ENB. Even with the loss I would make more income.

Your thoughts please.

Q: hi, can I get your current thoughts on CSW.A at this time. do you suspect it could start to move up in price with small caps soon? or are people not drinking their "spirits" so much anymore ( large capital depreciation over time ). do you have any other suggestions in the consumer defensive sector (cdn or us) with a good sized dividend and a better growth profile? cheers, chris
