Q: In connection with Wilan; I read today ( http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-06-04/obama-issues-patent-abuse-order-seeking-congress-s-help.html) that the US is considering legislation to crack down on companies that they consider patent trolls, that is to say companies whose sole business is to obtain patents and use them to obtain royalties from businesses that make or use products and services.

This seems to be the very business model of Wilan.

Q: Peter, i have a position in win, but this stock is such a dog, should i take my loss and head for the hills. I know you are going to say it is cheap, nice yield etc., but really i think investors have been burnt big time on this one.dave

Q: Hello, noticed today the dividend payers were sold off due to "concern of interest rates rising sooner than expected" . This was the explanation I heard but I can't share the view that rate hikes are imminent in any way. Having said that, bonds also seem to be selling off and I am not one to argue with the market. My question is if there is a fear of interest rate hikes coming would this put pressure on a stock like CGI which is carrying a high debt load? Thank you.

Q: The fuel cell sector is moving higher with HYG, BLD and others
all breaking out through resistance. It appears to be short
covering. Is this sector finally turning the corner
