Q: This stock showed up on my radar and appears to have some insider buying. I notice it pays a dividend and in your past comments debt has been a concern. I am wondering what your current opinion is on this stock.

Q: Just opening the management circular dated may 3rd. The board members are mostly fairly new. the proposed options smorgasbord looks very appetizing for insiders. Also the insiders stakes are not generally high. No wonder since they cash their options a,s,a,p,. For such a small company the executives compensations are rich. The release coincide with the start of the marked decline in stock price.
The performance over 10 years has been outstanding and the yield today is attractive, What do you think of the newer board? do you see better opportunities for growth?
Thank you.

Q: Hello 5i,
Hope you are enjoying a great start to the long weekend.
My question is on DNTL. At only single digit market share and already more than double their next competitor, it seems to have a massive runway in front of them, not to mention potential other healthcare verticals.
What are your thoughts on this company?
Thanks!

Q: Hi folks...Sangoma trading like it is going to zero..now in "Oversold" territory on technicals at $3sh level...big volume on Tues by TD & Cormack...the Q results imo, were not bad, and irrelevant with acquisition of Star2Star. Any thoughts on company & integration of business going forward..& would you be adding to position at these levels...merci beaucoup, jb Piedmont QC
Q: Would you recommend a STC to CTS switch at this very moment? Investing in small tech stocks much depends on entry timing. Hindsight tells me I got in on STC while it's on the start of a downward slide. Would a switch to CTS be like hopping from one downward slide onto another at this very moment too? Thanks for your insight.
Q: HRX appears to be meeting and beating earnings expectations and the price appears to be on an upward trend. Can you comment on your thoughts of adding this to a portfolio and if not this stock an alternative in this or a "similiar" sector.
Q: Your opinion would be appreciated re potential in the near term.
Q: Hello 5i could you comment on Skyharbour Resources
Q: Arizona Metals continues to prove out a lot of material (gold, copper, silver, zinc, etc.). The stock price has moved considerably already. The company is pre-revenue. They are essentially poking holes in the ground, but what they're pulling up looks good. Apparently the deposit is high-grade and shallow, making this a "green" project, which are the buzz words of the day. Can I get your take? Still too speculative for 5i?
Q: Can I get your thoughts on this company please?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Your thoughts on the q announced today would be appreciated. What stock would be a good comparable? Thanks guys.
Q: Can you comment on QUIS earnings released Tuesday after the close. Do you feel their potential is as good as their projections? Would you complete a position or wait for more concrete results?
Q: Hi Peter
can you please comment on the earnings reported on 13 May.
The report looked good to me but the shares are down big time.
Is it a hold for now?
What is the outlook for the balance of 2021
Thanks Ron

Q: Do you think that CTS might be a little over its skis? Maybe a good idea to take some off the table before it drops again? An analyst on BNN recently suggested a price target of 7.75. Today its at 8.
Q: Hi 5i Team,
Between STC and CTS, which one would you recommend for a long term hold? Any other small caps that you would prefer instead of these two companies?
Thanks,
Jon

Q: Anything further to add on a possible competing offer for PHO? When do you as the latest date for something to materialize if it does? What are the revised odds of this happening as time has passed on. Would you continue to hold?
Q: Hi Team, The monitor for David's Tea has issued their report and plan of compromise to be voted on by the companies creditors on June 11th. The report can be found here https://www.pwc.com/ca/en/services/insolvency-assignments/davidstea-inc-/monitor-s-report.html. It is a pretty quick read.
It seems like a clever, well thought out plan. What do you consider the likelihood that this plan gets approved by 67% of the creditors (based on value owed) in both the US and Canada?
In cases like this, does PWC work with the creditors in advance to "secure the votes" or are they just looking to just get the best deal possible for DTEA and hope it gets approved.
In my view, the trade suppliers and employees likely vote in favor. Canadian landlords may also be okay at 22 cents on the dollar. My concern is with the US landlords who only look to be getting 3 cents on the dollar (which is still better than what they would get in a bankruptcy). My question is do landlords typically have a threshold at which they would not accept a settlement below a certain % of their claim.
If it does not get approved does the monitor look to negotiate with the creditors or is bankruptcy automatic?
If this ends up in bankruptcy the estimated cost of the bankruptcy is $27 million, DTEA does have enough cash to pay out this sum. In that case, would the common shares still hold their value and would common shareholders be entitled to equity in any newco?
I recognize this is beyond the usual scope of the questions so please deduct question credits at your discretion

Q: Which of these stocks/etfs would you predict to have the best near term upside?
Q: What does the 5I Team make of Score these days ? Has it settled down enough to buy a bit. The NHL is looking at the potential in single event betting on games

Q: Are you able to offer any insight to the bullish performance over the last 3-days? Trading volume on Friday was 8x average while stock has gone up ~8%.
Their Web Site has May 21st news - "Existing Notes validly tendered in the Exchange Offer may no longer be withdrawn," referencing offer made "to certain eligible noteholders" regarding secured notes.
Not much other news out there, hoping you could shed some light on why the stock has skyrocketed!
Thanks for your great service, Ted.
