Q: Following up on the question earlier Tuesday, please comment on the announced acquisition of Yew Grove REIT by Slate. Quite large (75% of SOT's market cap) and SOT describes it as transformative. I would imagine significant debt and/or an equity offering will be needed. Challenges of managing an offshore entity versus sticking closer to home?

Q: Hi Everyone!! They halted trading of the stock today. I think they were selling shares to raise money to take care of debt and get more working capital. What are your thoughts on this? Q: Decent Q results & guide on Nov 8 prompted a huge jump to H$12.22,but closed at $11.37+.32 on the day. Q: It's been almost a year since you reviewed INEO. I'd appreciate an updated outlook given it's Nov. 2 announced global distribution agreement with Prosegur.

I'm also curious re its patented technology - seems to me that a strong multi-national like Prosegur could build their own rather than partner with INEO. In short, does INEO have an effective moat for that kind of techology?
