Q: After years of holding this company I sold it for tax loss. I'm confident I have time to rebuy after 30 days without the need of a proxy. The question is, should I rebuy it. Even though it has grown for the last 3-4 Q's as a result of its entry into the RTD market, investors don't seem to care. Perhaps with a risk off market and a shift to value it could run. What do you think? How would you rank this stock, as an income stock with moderate growth or just a straight income stock? What would you consider a better income stock with moderate growth? Can you review it's last 2 or 3 Q's in your response? Thank you.

Q: Q3/25 reported in November, EPS declined 26% vs. Q3/24. Can you go over the Q in more detail and advise whether fundamentals have changed. I am a holder of this company and had been thinking of adding since it has declined from its high of $134 in August. Would you be comfortable adding or do you see more attractive financial names? Q: I just noticed the jump in these shares over the past 3 days and thought there may have been news out on earnings but see that the last earnings release was Nov 6. Checking all the news sources I have access to has yielded nothing. Thought I would check with our ears to the street people, (that's you), and see if you have heard anything.

Q: KITS is doing nicely but has a PE of 155 which is way above my comfort level. So it should come down and I plan to wait for a while. It is also consumer oriented and has likely benefited from peak seasonal trends. What sort of forward PE and growth would you look for?

Q: So for those of us that were down so far we decided to stick along for the ride - what does the near future look like for these clowns - will the debt holders push them under? Its a case study in failing at this point.
