Q: Is PNG buy at this time? If so how much of a weighting would you give it?

We still see it as a nice small cap buy. Our growth portfolio recently took it down to 6.5%. We would still consider that high for most investors. For new adds we might start in the 2.5% to 3% range until investors are fully comfortable (as we are). It may still be a volatile stock but we believe in its potential.
