Q: Just a note regarding those posters worried about the share price decline, it is noted today that the Company bought back approx 1M shares since November 10. Spent about 20M.
Q: You had mentioned they may do a financing.
With the values mentioned, what do you think are the odds
of a financing percentage wise and usually is it done in 1 or 2 days
after the deal?
Q: I'm currently in SIS, but not happy that they haven't grown the company this year and am worried the cuts to maintain net income may hamper future growth, unless a major acquisition is made.
I have a long term horizon and rarely sell, but I am considering a switch to REAL. Would this be wise in your view, or should I be more patient and forgiving with SIS?
Other than personal RE and BAM, I currently have no equity exposure to RE at this time.
Thanks,
Q: What 5iR portfolio would you classify ENGH to, like balance or growth?....and what risk rating would you give ENGH, like 1 for low and ranging to 5 for high?...thanks

Q: Good Afternoon
Can you help explain the large drop on REAL since August? Granted there was a small miss on latest earnings, expectations were high. However from your previous answers and comments from management there are many good things happening. I’m just trying to align those comments with what is happening to the SP?
Thank you
Q: Hi,
I was going through the investor presentation by the company and noticed that they had been buying back shares. They had bought back 7.1 millions shares as at 30 September 2020.
Do we know if they are still buying back shares after that date and do we have any more information relating to that?
Thanks,
Q: Was considering buying CSU in the near-term, buy am wondering if it is better to wait until after the Tropicus spin-off? CSU will drop once that occurs correct? I would not expect to be buying enough shares to receive any Tropicus shares so seems like waiting may be best?
LSPD. has gone up quite a bit recently. Please provide you comments on if further gains are possible based n earnings, etc. Or do you think I should sell as it has doubled since I bought it.
Thank you as usual,
Not sure where I read it but somewhere I saw a comparison of SHOP to the FAANG stocks and that it could achieve that level over time. Do you agree? Could it be a trillion dollar company? Can you see a large tech company in the U.S. acquiring it?
Q: This company seems to check all the boxes. Gaining share in a market, operating a capital-light business model that is tech-enabled with the network-effects of a platform connecting independent real estate professionals to lenders while growing new lines of business adjacent to their bread and butter (in Title Insurance and Data). Does this company seem too good to be true and there's some suspicious going on that we don't understand as minority shareholders?
If the business is so good, go high margin and so easy to win deals with Tier 1/2/3 suppliers doesn't that sounds like there barriers to entry are low and there may be increasing competitive forces coming up the rear end?
Q: Hi there. After listening to the cc and investor say as well as the Q&A here, it would seem that a major growth area for REAL to land a tier one bank in the US and once done leverage the refi platform to go for originations in T&C. My question is, would the completion of an agreement with said bank(S) be considered material or would it only be communicated in quarterly financials?
