Q: Hi folks: First question: Automodular (AM), earnings were about flat on slightly lower sales than same quarter 2012. Are there signs of growth potential elsewhere in their numbers/story or is this more of a valuation play?

Q: Good Morning Peter and Team,
My question is about the uranium market generally. Rick Rule from Sprott USA was on BNN last week recommending Uranium Participation Corp (U- TSX) Memories of the terrible tragedy in Japan two years ago are slowly fading and if the Japanese economy picks up they will have to restart the nuclear plants that have been shut down there since 2011. Mr. Rule claims that the spot price of uranium will increase to $80/lb from the present $40. I would appreciate any insights that you could share. Thank you. DL

Q: US cash or Can cash? I have a fair amt of cash and it is mostly in Can currency. Would it be a good idea to switch some or all into US cash? I would be buying stock with it over next months. I find your answers very direct and concise. thanks. Helen

Any thoughts on Pure Multi Family REIT RUF.u? A CDN listed US apartment with a 7% plus dividend in USD seems pretty attractive not to mention lower real estate values in the USA?? Missing something?

Q: Hi team, I have a question regarding China's potential housing bubble. I'm seeing more reports and articles about how they are inflating their GDP significantly by building full cities that remain empty. It seems that they are well past where the US was when their housing bubble burst.

Are we looking at a global financial disaster from this, or does their government have this under control?

Q: My question is on Annaly Capital Management . NLY recently reported .47 a share earnings for the quarter against the streets estimates of .34 a share. The US fed has pretty much told us what will happen with interest rates and NLY will complete the Crexus deal on May 26. Yet the share price has been declining since reporting.
Is this a buying opportunity ?

Q: Peter:I purchased shares of DirectCash on Jan 23/13. (DCI)@ $24.42.The dividend is good but I try to get more than a good dividend when I purchase stocks. The stock is up more than 10%.Has this stock reached a top for awhile? What would your target price be in the next twelve months? How safe is the stock in your opinion? Q: Hi Peter, HLF appears to be facing headwinds of increasing costs and lower sales/price. Management did not sound very optimistic on the recent CC. Stock is already showing weakness and I am worried that it may move even lower. Do you see any near term catalysts or I should bail out? Thanks

Q: Hi Peter and team, I hold RFC and CFN both. SP of both have been hit hard after CFN's recent two quarter results, coupled with insiders selling. Rifco results are not out yet. I have a small loss ~10/15% in both. I am a bit concerned with higher loan losses in the industry and wish to lighten my positions. Which one, in your view has better chance of SP recovery? also, is it a good idea to switch some funds to ACQ? Thanks so much.
