Q: Hi Peter and Team,

REITs have come under pressure in recent months due to interest rate concerns but one name has never really gotten off its feet since their IPO late last year is Regal Lifestyle Communities Inc (RLC). With all of their properties in Sask, Ont and Nfld and with the demographics playing in favor of assisted living/independent services living would this be worth considering alongside the likes of Chartwell, Extendicare and Amica?

Q: Hi Peter and team

Fabrice Taylor gave a couple of recommendations on BNN that intrigued me.These were Enterprise group Inc., E, and Symbility Systems, SY. These are tiny companies, apparently growing very quickly. Do, you have an opinion on them. I am thinking of a small position recognizing the risk.

Q: Question: I bought this Brookfield Infrastructure {BIP.UN} a while back on the recommendation of Scotia McLeod. It appears to pay a fair yield but has shown no indication of growth so far.
It dropped in value shortly after I purchased the shares and has shown no growth to speak of since. How does this stock compare to the other Brookfield stocks?

Q: Hi,

New member here but have a question as to your thoughts with regards to total portfolio diversification. Obviously the stock picks and model portfolio on 5i is limited to CDN securities. What would you generally advise in terms of percentage weightings of CDN, USD, and international equities? I am quite "overweight" in the CDN security area and try to purchase USD & international security ETFs to offset this.. Curious what your thoughts here are. Thanks!

Q: Hi Peter et al
RE: SYZ

I'm looking to add a little to my small cap I.T. exposure. I'm having trouble deciding between SYZ (which I know you recommend) and RedKnee (RKN). Redknee is a bit larger, SYZ pays a dividend. Both have performed very well over the last year. Your thoughts on which you may prefer would be most appreciated. Thanks as always.
