Q: Good morning, I am looking to enter CXI for my TFSA. I use TA as one tool in looking for an entry point. Currently I see that it is sitting right at its 50 day moving average and has a MACD that could turn positive very shortly. Would you consider CXI to have a good entry point taking its technicals into account? Also, how to you feel about DW.to DataWind, with its new partnership in India?

Q: Hello Team, Can I get your thoughts on this company and does it look like this is something worthwhile accumulating. The metrics do not look bad except the debt to equity seems high to me. Its revenue and ebitda have been increasing over the last five yrs. It's paying a small dividend, PE is about 14, roe is about 28, price to cash flow seems a little high. It seems to be gaining market share and getting more revenue streams. Your thoughts please on this company for long term investment 5yr+

I just renewed my subscription. I believe you have a great service and I value your opinion(s).

I would like to make a few comments about improving (in my opinion) the service:

Instead of receiving the 24 questions on an annual basis, they should be given on the renewal of a subscription (I renew in April but received my 24 questions in January that I could use prior to not renewing if I so desired). If a member renews for 2 years they would receive 48 questions. If someone has used up the 24 questions early and wants additional questions they could simply renew for another year and get 24 new questions.

I believe too many members are taking advantage of multiple questions in one. I think there should be a charge of 1 question if there are 1 or 2 companies in the question. A charge of 2 questions for 3 to 5 companies and a charge of 3 questions for 6 to 10 companies. A question would not be answered for more than 10 companies.

When you answer a question about a specific company, I believe you should give it a grade (A to F) the same way you do for stocks in the portfolio. Remember, it is your opinion we are after. Giving a grade indicates your opinion on a consistent basis even though you do not follow the company closely. A company such as SGY may have had a rating of “B” in June 2014 and a “C-“in March of 2015. I understand how your grading system works. Using it on all questions would make your answer more understandable.

And lastly, I still think you should have 2 rating systems. One for the strength of the company (what we get now) and a second rating for the current stock price. “A” if it’s a good time to buy and “F” if it’s a bad time to buy. Please remember, these are only your opinions. Members must make the final decision to buy/sell a stock. The second opinion will greatly assist members in making the purchase/sell decision at the current stock price.

Q: What do you think of Merus Labs as a growth stock in the Health sector. Do you prefer it to GUD or do you believe a larger company like CXR will provide greater growth prospects. Consider me a risk averse investor for the purpose of this.

Q: With lots of bad guys around and government looking for ways to save money. I was wondering if this is a buy. Also, would a corporation like this have better success with rehabilitating criminals. After all, budgets would probably prefer a system that doesn't promote burgeoning prisons, which create heavier tax burdens, and a reformed individual is a potential tax payer as opposed to a tax drain. Also do you find the company expensive?

Q: My daughter turn 25 this year . She wants to start investing ,she completed a risk aversion test that puts her at a moderate. She got approximately 5000$ cash . She also recently got approved for a 10000$ line of credit at the bank . What would recommend for her to start investing? Thank you

My exposure to Health Pharma (11% of my RRIF portfolio comprises CCT,CPH,CXR.GUD and VRX.
I hold in my TFSA (approach: buy and forget): small amounts of RX,PLI and would like to add equally small amounts of CRH and PHM; I value your opinion.
I also own in the TFSA: DHX Media but do not have any "small & torquy" Info Tech; would you please suggest a couple of names other than CSU,DSG,ESL,CGI,MDA and OTC which I hold in my RRIF?

Q: On PHM's recent conference call, management claimed they could reach $125 MM revenue run rate by end of summer 2015, and then stated that their new year end "goal" (not guidance) was for $175 MM run rate revenue. Taking this announcement into account, how does PHM stack up on a risk reward and valuation basis with CRH Medical and Nobilus Health Corp? For a risk tolerant investor, are any of these stocks buys today and in what order?

Q: At what point does it become ridiculously nonsensical to buy a small number of shares? Since the new TFSA limit restricts us to $5500 once again this year, I was toying with the possibility of picking up CSU stock -- which essentially would give me 12 shares. I have been wanting to own it for a while, but am too happy with the ones I own to sacrifice any of them. This is the only new money I could put into my account for at least 6 months. Perhaps I should look elsewhere?
