Q: As you stated; QST traded 900K+ shares yesterday at 4.60. If we were to assume this was an insider selling off, could we read into that and say that if you were taking a new position in this stock that you could hold off as this may pull the price down to or below that price? Under that same assumption, could we also take this a signal that it may be fully or overvalued at this point. I like the momentum though am weary when there are such emeded gains recently. What is the insider ownership of QST and what kind of positions do the chairman have? Any recomendation for someone trying to get on this train..

Q: A lot of positives in today's new release for Questor. Notwithstanding the size of the order, but the Company is now selling its clean technology into a new market: Mexico. Also for the first time this order included the power generation component from its Clear Power product line as part of the total solution.
