Q: In response to the earlier question today. Last night Colorado voters rejected by a wide margin( 15%) a proposition that would have increased setbacks for drilling . The proposition would have practically ended all new oil and gas drilling on non-federal lands. QST declined starting in August when the Proposition received enough votes to put it on the ballot, as QST currently gets more than 90% of its revenue from Colorado. Now that the risk is gone. Just a significantly, in New Mexico the new governor and lands commissioner have stated that they will be introducing regs very similar to the ones in Colorado which have been the catalyst for the marked increase of demand for QST's equipment in Colorado.

Q: Hi there, I noticed QST has seen heavy downward pressure as of late, selling off again today. I know small caps tend to be quite volatile but even this seems somewhat extreme. Would you consider this a good time to step in? Are there any long term concerns? Thanks!

Q: The stock price falls on a daily basis. My understanding is that business is very good. What triggered the drop was news that in the state of Colorado, where QST does most of it's business, there will be on the November ballot an initiative asking people if drilling in Colorado should be restricted to at least 2500 feet away from homes, schools etc. Companies that do most of their gas business in Colorado ( like Extraction Energy) have taken a bit of a hit but nothing like Questor. If you could give any advise to Questor management on how to deal with the share price slide, what would it be?

Q: Following up on my earlier question about QST. It reported what appeared to be good earnings with a good outlook but the stock is down today. Am I missing something? What is your take on things?

Q: Not a comment, but some information. According the company, "Our intention is to work in both North Dakota and Pennsylvania during 2018." That is in addition to Colorado, of course.
Q: As a follow up to the question asked by Charles and your reply, do you mean 20X 2018 earnings estimate ( number seems to jump around between 32-38 cents/share) or 2019 estimate ( 52-58 cents per share)?
Q: Despite its strong stock price gains to date, Questor Technology is one of the least "hyped" small cap stocks out there. While other small caps trade at massive revenue and earning multiples yet to be proved, Questor has proven financial results today. That said what revenue/earnings multiples should QST start trading at give its industry tailwinds?
