Q: Can I get your opinion on Questor Technology? I like the stock but I recently saw some insider sales in April. Can you tell me what percentage decrease in insider ownership those sales represented? Or a before and after percent insider ownership? Do you see the selling as a red flag or nothing to worry about? Q: I noticed that QST had a one time impairment charge of $0.04 per share in Q4. If you add that back that to Q4 results, isn't QST's stock undervalued today based on its growth profile, current revenue run rate plus that the Company stated (in its earnings press release) that its revenue growth is sustainable?
Q: Following up on the comments on year end numbers, without the one time charge the earnings were actually ahead of estimates at 18 cents for the year vs. 17 cents estimated.
Q: If not asked already, comments please on QST results released today and what it might mean going forward. They seem strong across the board.
Q: Do you agree that today's news release from Questor technology sends a strong signal to the market as to the momentum of their business prospects in 2018? Q: I see PHO trades at a 2018 fiscal year p/e of 19 ( earnings this year expected to be 10.5 cents mean ) and it has a margin of 10%. QST trades at a p/e for current year of 9 ( 36 cents expected this year) and has a margin of 20%. Granted QST does not have the cash balance per share that PHO has, is this mismatch of values because analysts like tech more than oil service( even though I think QST is a tech company) and PHO may be a buyout target or are there other variables at play?
