Not investment advice or solicitation to buy/sell securities. Do your own due diligence and/or consult an advisor.

Q: Hello Peter
I still have Phm 8000@1.046 and Qst 3000@2.57 not looking so good.
Should I sell one and add to the other? Or cut my losses and add to a better growth stock from your growth portfolio?
I am diversified so just looking at a better stock for the next 2-3 years.
Thanks for your work!

Q: I originally posted this in the markets forum but did not get any response. Perhaps it was inappropriate for that forum? Anyway I thought I would pose it as an official question.
I am trying to set up a little environmentally friendly “GREEN” investment portfolio. I would like to have ten Canadian (or traded on the Canadian markets) publicly traded stocks, I would like to avoid the power generators wind, solar and hydro and focus more on cleaning up the environment.
For example something like water purification or a bicycle manufacture would qualify.
I am having trouble identifying qualified companies. Either they are not available or my research methods are not effective.
So far I have identified the following four companies. And even then two are closely linked to oil production and are pretty shaky right now.
1. Questor (QST)
2. Newalta (NAL)
3. Lumenpulse(LMP)
4. Vitreous Glass (VCI)
I wonder if you can suggest additional companies or might have some tips to improve my research.

Q: I noticed a little price increase today but I did not see any news out on the company. Do you have anything new today? I also wanted to ask how much each of the metrics you use to grade a company influence the final grade. This company has only one C- but is graded a C+, obviously not every valuation carries the same weight but what is most important to yourselves when evaluating and can I assume that the grade is based on a long term hold in every case? Can you please give the answer as a percentage of each area of the scorecard.
Thank you
Jeremy

Q: Peter, I had a half position in QST and I am down 52%, so it now represents a very small portion of my portfolio. Reading through recent questions, it appears as though I should sell and replace with ? As it is such a small percentage I can easily add it to any sector and it will not change the overall weighting. Overall, my 5i portfolio is up more than 60% in two years! I can't thank you enough.
