Q: Peter, I had a half position in QST and I am down 52%, so it now represents a very small portion of my portfolio. Reading through recent questions, it appears as though I should sell and replace with ? As it is such a small percentage I can easily add it to any sector and it will not change the overall weighting. Overall, my 5i portfolio is up more than 60% in two years! I can't thank you enough.
Q: Thinking might be time to buy back into an oil company. whats your top pick at this time? thanks. Harry

Q: Hello "Team Peter", I have cash to deploy and would like to add to my existing holdings in the Balanced and Income portfolios. Can you give me your top 5 stocks to add to at this time? I am a long term holder and weighting is not an issue as all holding are below 5%. Should I do it now or gradually over the summer?
Many thanks!
Many thanks!
Q: You mentioned this is not your favourite stock in the space. Just wondering what is? Thanks.
Q: Can you tell me what the expected revenue and earnings estimates for this quarter are. Thanks.
Q: Peter and company,
Fiera has risen recently after being a bit stagnant but I am still down a little. Would I be better off to sell my shares (in a RIF) and buy something with either a better yield or growth possibility. I would appreciate your suggestions. Thanks in advance.
Gary

Q: In response to the question from a member concerning braking technology for rail cars I believe that WAB is a player.
Q: your thoughts please
Q: Significant insider trading in PHM and ESL seems to have coincided with increased volatility in PHM and a plateauing of ESL. Any relationship between the insider trading and stock activity do you think?
Q: I am looking for diversification away from the Canadian market; many sectors have obvious choices whereas others do not. In Industrials, would you recommend Precision Castparts (PCP), Colfax (CFX) or another name? In healthcare, would you recommend something like JNJ even though it is enormous or have valuations in this sector been stretched? JNJ gives you some consumer staples exposure. My time horizon is 20 years. Again, I am looking for diversification away from what we have access to in Canada. Thanks for the great help!
Q: I recognize that the portfolios have shifted away somewhat from energy and energy infrastructure. My energy exposure is a little over 9%. I recently dipped my toes in and added more, specifically Shawcor (SCL). Would you consider this an energy name or an industrial? As an offsetting trade, would Canadian Utilities be appropriate? They seem to have visibility in earnings growth, are leveraged to the Alberta economy including the Structures division, and with the lower yield shouldn't get too hammered like other utilities in a rising interest rate environment. Long-term time horizon and near a 52 week low. I would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks!
Q: What are your thoughts on Transcontinental. It has been making new highs recently.
Q: Greetings, Peter & Co.
I am looking to diversify my portfolios a bit by adding stocks in sectors in which I have little or no investment. Would you please give me your analysis and opinion of the following stocks? Any alternative recommendations would also be appreciated.
EMC Corp (EMC)
FedEx (FDX)
Lucara Diamond (LUC.TO)
Thanks for your exceptional service to retail investors.

Q: CBM one I have seen you mention before pulled back sharply on Friday and has since recovered somewhat by the end of the day up to $37.00. Super Micro has dropped about 35% since January. Seeking Alpha has said that this is a buy at the $30.00 range. What is your opinion on these two US stocks? Dennis
Q: Canadian Solar is trading on the US stock exchange and, to my knowledge, is not trading in Canada although a Canadian Company. I would be interested in your assessment of this Company. With the demand for solar expanding and the cost of solar panels dropping it would seem like a good long term investment. What do you think.
Q: Hi, I have one more question for you. Could you please suggest an equity that is returning over 6% in Dividends that might also have more share price upside potential than downside. I would be looking to hold for a year or more. I realize these loftier divi's could be problem for many companies so I would be satisfied with an answer of nothing at this time. Some Safety would be a concern with this holding. Thanks
