Q: Given the ever-increasing growth in oil and gas production in North America and the relatively tepid demand for these resources, I'm inclined to think that the price of a barrel of oil or BCF of natural gas will decline in the coming years. Q: Hi team, really appreciate the advice. Recently I have altered my portfolio quite a bit to focus on growth stocks. Currently I hold AAPL, STN.TO, CSU.TO, CMG.TO, HCG.TO and VG.TO. Do you think I am diversified enough? If not, what are some sectors and specific companies that I should look into moving out of / into?

Q: Hi Peter,
I realize you are mainly into stocks but I had a call from a company named "Rare Diamond Investor". They sell coloured diamonds as an investment. Just wondering what your thoughts on that are? Is it a risky investment. Thanks.

Q: Regarding the earlier question about Partners, PAR.UN my portfolio is set up for income with some growth with 4% in REITS.
Would you consider the addition of Partners as an opportunity to pick up yield with potential longer term capital appreciation once the dust clears or is there too much risk involved, either the distribution being maintained or other concerns?
If the addition has merrit would a switch from RioCan make sense or should I use new money?
Thank you for your thoughts, Brian
