Q: Just a follow up to an earlier question on May 8. Your answer to a question regarding ZCL was "selling such a large portion so close to the quarter end does not 'look' good in hindsight with the bad quarter. We will attempt to get clarity here,". I was wondering if enough time has passed for the team to get any clarity on insider's selling during a bad quarter. ZCL has been one I've been thinking of adding to but am hesitant with recent results.
Thanks for all your advise. Craig

Q: Hi Team, On May 8/17 I asked a general question on TOS and your answer was:TOS has done a very good job getting the company to where it is, with FDA approval, good partners and a solid growth opportunity worldwide. We like what it has done, and it has good potential. But.....the stock is very expensive and this needs consideration. It trades at 7X 'expected' 2018 sales already. It is expected to turn a profit in 2018 but any slowdown or problems would really hurt the stock. We would not 'assume' 40% returns here, but do like it generally today.
I have a followup question, how much of TOS's revenue would come from the US or Europe? My thinking is if TOS has a significant exposure to the US in particular this would help me make an investment decision. It appears to me today good companies with US exposure are worth a little special attention or premium. Thanks as always. Chris

Q: I bought this stock earlier this week en route to emulate your Growth portfolio in my TFSA. I currently hold a 1.6% position. The stock dropped 7% in 2 days,is that the normal volatility for this stock or there is something to be concerned about? Does this drop become an opportunity to take a full position (~5%) as per you portfolio allocation. Thanks for you insight

Q: I saw a bit of a clip on the CBC National news last night about frii, and it wasn't very good. from what I recall they were saying frii was in non compliance of regulations in Ontario requiring them to show the number of calories in each meal. frii refused to speak with CBC about the story. CBC did some research and found that most frii meals had more calories than a lot of the fast food chains do. I was taken aback a bit when I saw the story, this can't be good for the stock. what is your take on this, and did you see or here about the story?

Q: Hi, could you update your current view on this company? I remain very interested in the VR and AR sector since it seems like it is high growth mode. Last year SEV had a serious set-back with the CEO's untimely death, but it seems like they are finding their footing again. They mentioned recently some important agreements signed and are moving to a larger building. Do you see this as a good time to take a speculative position on it? Or do you see one of the major tech companies (who?) just overtaking the market? If so would SEV be a potential takeover target or just get squeezed out over time? Your perspective on this space is appreciated.
