Q: Can you please provide an update on ORT. The technology sounds promising but what are the chances that they will deliver?

Q: It seems to me that the trading pattern of ZCL was very unusual yesterday and today. Yesterday over 200,000 shares traded (about 4X the daily average), yet the price was “contained” within a 1 cent range from 8.99 to 9.00 the whole day. So far today it is the same thing with the price range contained from 8.99 to 9.00. Does this look out of the ordinary to you?

I searched all top picks on BNN’s Market Call, and Market Call Tonight shows for the last 3 years to see how often ZCL was a top pick. It was a top pick three times, but only within the last 3 months (April 8 @ $8.05; May 31 @ $8.69, and June 20 at $9.00). It was not a top pick when it was under $5, $6, $7, and now that it has gone up 40% in a year it suddenly becomes a top pick of several BNN guests. Hmmm. When several BNN guests suddenly make a small company that is not well known a top pick it makes me a little suspicious (could they be unloading after the nice run up).

Reading previous questions about ZCL I see that 5i has liked this stock for a few years. What would you consider a good entry point?

Q: I just got off a wild ride with D BOX and am now looking for something not as wild. Things that show up on my watch list are CTH (Cynapus), EFL and PHI (Pacific). Could you please give me a brief opinion. On another note, I get notified of US stocks I have had where they want me to get involved in a class action suit. I did this with Synoforest and it took a massive amount of time and all kinds of information and after years I got less than 1% of what I lost. Is this common practice with these class action suits? Q: 1 The space is on fire as costs are becoming enormouslly competitive
2 The company is "mostly " in this space
3 They have done some time ago a financing that I thought was way out of line with the company fundamentals, but you have in response to my question looked at it as more benigm that I thought
4 With no surprise to my part, the stock is now at 3,9 (financing was at 5)
5 They have just changed auditors and I never like that for small caps
6 I own a tiny piece of the company and at that price I may be interested to buy more.

Q: I am considering initiating a small position in Helius Medical Technology because I am really interested in the treatment options for neurological disease/trauma they could potentially offer. After reading about their PoNS device in various books and articles, I recently discovered they have gone public. I know it is very early days, but in your opinion, is it a worthy investment opportunity? I would be purchasing a small amount as part of the "speculative" part of my portfolio.

Q: Napec (NPC-T) was a top pick on BNN last week. Although this is not in your data base would you be able to comment on its debt level, insider ownership, earnings and cash flow. At first glance does it seem like a company to put on a watch list. Thanks.

Q: I have made some good gains on XCS(24%) and XIC (10.5%) from the market runup from January. Thanks to your article about small caps stocks from last year. Now I am wondering if I should take the gains, wait for a sell off and buy in again. With most of my stocks I never time the market and its all buy and hold but with XCS and perhaps XIC I am considering taking profits. Or mayble I should just take profits from XCS..Note that the holdings are in a registerd account so tax is not an issue. Your opinion is most valued. cheers, Shyam
