Q: Q: Hi 5i team. Invested in SILJ some time ago based on your advice. Thank you. I'm wondering if there is an ETF that you like that invests in junior gold miners.
Q: Given all the hype with gold am I too late to the party to take a small position in any or all of these?

Q: Hi team,
It seems critical mineral US names are raging on chinas recent critical mineral restrictions. Yet VNP actually dropped last Friday. Is it being over looked in this trade by big investors in favour of larger US names? Would VNP be a good way to play the world’s reliance on critical minerals ? Is it time to buy the name? Or are there better more attractive names to bet on for this?
Thanks,
Shane

Bear Creek Mining Corporation (BCM $0.27)
-
Endeavour Silver Corp. (EDR $10.81)
-
Discovery Silver Corp. (DSV $6.12)
Q: For what reasons is BCM being given a much lower market value than these other two with comparably-sized undeveloped primary silver deposits? Thanks.
Q: Dear Peter:
I see that SVM has just been added with a 1.5% position in 5i portfolio. This didn't get any mention in various questions on Silver by members. I see that the answers to previous questions on SVM (going back to August and beyond) didn't seem that enthusiastic.
Something must have changed. Bit surprised by the rationale in your portfolio update b/c China is not exactly in a "politically" correct environment!
In any event where would you place SVM amongst Silver stocks. (PAAS/CDE/AG/HL were your safe picks previously)
Many thanks.

Q: I have owned ERO and CS for a while and both have appreciated in value. At what weight would you start trimming if owned ?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: USAR Is it too late to jump into this ? Any others you can recommend? Thanks!

Albemarle Corporation (ALB $115.88)
-
VanEck Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF (REMX $69.18)
-
MP Materials Corp. (MP $59.04)
Q: Good Morning Team 5i & Everyone,
I’m looking through the holdings for REMX:US. Of the etf’s current holdings, these are the ones listed on the US market:
LAC
MP
ALB
SQM
IPX
LAR
SGML
TROX
Fundamentally, do any look good enough that you would consider holding them directly?
I’ve been watching NEO:CA and I realize that the sector has a bit of excitement in it at the moment, and if that changes they would likely take a hit.
In general I’m holding some REMX and will likely wait for an opportunity to add. The thesis ultimately is that when A.I. reaches the point where robots start getting built years from now, in theory that will require rare earth and strategic metals and minerals. But, we shall see.
Thank you,
Sandra

Q: Seems the US is on a rare earth buying spree. Could you give me some names to look at . I don't know of any production companies so I guess it would be exploration.
Q: I'm looking to sell some (all) of my Roya Gold. Would it be better placed in FNV? Or would you have another suggestion? Thanks.
Q: Your analysis of the Robex/Predictive merger would be appreciated.
Q: Dear Peter et al:
People talk about Gold Silver ratio and say that it is time for Silver to breach 50$ mark and the next stop is 60. Of course the usual hyperbole is there on YouTube calling for 100$ Silver! (IF Gold hits 4500/5000, all bets are off for Silver apparently!) .
So, what is this ratio all about? Does it have some validity? A tradable instrument? I know you dislike price targets. Care to hazard a guess on Silver/Gold prices? Finally at what stage are we in this Gold VS Siver cycle? (I have heard anywhere between 2nd innings to 3rd and so on!!)
BTW I know you prefer Silver stocks and I know your picks from your previous answer to my questions. No problems there.

iShares S&P/TSX Global Gold Index ETF (XGD $47.42)
-
VanEck Gold Miners ETF (GDX $77.96)
Q: I'm interested in joining the gold rush, but have no insight on specific gold stocks. Would you be able recommend the names of three gold ETFs that I can check out? Better still, would you be able to suggest three top gold stocks as well? Thanks.

Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (AEM $234.70)
-
Equinox Gold Corp. (EQX $18.03)
-
Aris Mining Corporation (ARIS $18.11)
Q: Like many of your subscribers, I am enjoying the current run up in gold. I have positions in EQX, AEM and ARIS. My question is what happens when/if the run abates or the price of gold sags, for whatever reason. Which of the gold companies, including the above, are best suited to survive in a lower gold price environment, and why? Many thanks

White Gold Corp. (WGO $0.97)
-
Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp. (TFPM $44.60)
-
Aris Mining Corporation (ARIS $18.11)

Q: I have asked a question on WGO previously and should have bought months ago but missed the rally. Would appreciate an analysis today on the merits of buying today or letting it go?
Would you give me a few small cap gold stock names that are still viable at the price of gold sky rocketing lately?
Thanx as usual
Gary
