Q: Good morning and thanks for the great work.
I currently own BEP.UN and have for a year or so it has done basically nothing in that time. I am condidering replacing it. What would be your top three picks in this area and would you consider replacing this stock if you are looking for growth long term.

Q: Hi Peter, I have 14 dividend paying diverse stocks of about the same weighting and have about 1500.00. Knowing your view of "BAD" I was thinking of adding it but it would be a smaller weighting. Q: My question is regarding Imris. your response in Nov sounded fairly positive with the price at the time. it did have a nice jump early this year and has pulled back again. My question is at these prices has anything changed since your Nov response or is it a decent time to buy and is there any near term catalysts? lastly, the report on this company is almost 2 years old so what would you estimate the rating to be today at these levels?

Q: While I understand that you really like Stantec(STN), the market has been driving the shares down recently. Because your report on Stantec is somewhat dated could you please provide an analysis on the company in terms of earnings per share for the next 1-2 years, revenue growth, share valuation relative to historical trends, etc. What future catalysts do you see as influencing future share prices. Is there potential for the shares to continue downward to the $54 area where they were trading last October. At that price, they would be trading at about 15 times this year's expected earnings. What is a reasonable valuation for the company shares? As a secondary question how often do you anticipate updating company reports? Thanks.

Q: Trading/ Strategy Question: With the sizeable pullbacks today for CSU, AVO, ESL, HNL and BAD, would you see this as an opportunity to increase my position in any of these stocks, all of which are already owned - some at higher prices, others at lower prices. All are owned becuase of long term potential and are expected to be long term holds.

Q: Peter - ESL has been hammered lately, over 5% today. Any explanations on the background of the decline? Is this a good time to get in? I am looking at 3% to 5% position.

Q: When the market is hit by a pullback of momentum stocks, is it better to buy AVO or ENG, which was hit especially hard, or one of the ones that way only minimally affected?

Regarding BYD.DB, can you explain in some detail how this security will behave? Since it is trading well above its conversion price, my understanding is that its delta should be close to 100% of BYD.UN, but it will have 5.75% interest payments instead of the ~1.35% distribution? Does this not make it more attractive than holding BYD.UN? Can you also put into simple language the redemption features?

In the Industrials/Transports sector of my RRIF portfolio, I only hold Chemtrade Logistics and CNR; I was thinking of adding either CCL or WPK (leaning towards the latter) and also CAE.

If so, would most of the Cdn infrastructure/service/pipe cos highly benefit from this trend, specifically ALA, BAD, BDI,GEI, MCB, HNL, KEY, IPl, PPL? Thank-you. "We are in the early innings of an energy investment super cycle that will see nearly $1 trillion in spending by 2025 and over 1 million jobs created. These are numbers published by the American Petroleum Institute on a study they did in December. Last year there was about $90 billion spent in North America on energy infrastructure and we are only a few years into this super growth phase".

Q: Hi Peter. I hold LIQ in an RRSP,down over 20%.Up with PKI. Should I sell the profits from PKI and buy more LIQ. I like the income on LIQ, but wondering if I should sell and move on. I like to buy and hold , 3 to 5 Years. Thanks for you wonderful service.

Thomson Reuters provides a consensus recommendation of 1.57 (which is a strong rating). I believe you advised a hold on the stock. Any future there ?
