Q: I did a "back test" of one year on my Rrsp portfolio vs the income portfolio and would have benefited from being in on the income portfolio for the year. If I want to roll over my holdings to mimic the income portfolio, what is the best way to do it? I have some winners that are showing more strength that some of the income portfolio holdings.
Do I bite the bullet and go all in on the income portfolio and or slowly roll over my winners to match the income portfolio?
Q: Good morning,
As KWH.UN is down 4.9% this morning after the announcement of the acquisition of US Gas & Electric Inc., is it a good entry point or is it better to wait a few days until everything stabilizes ?
Thanks for your comments and the great service !

Q: I purchased some of the go easy convertible debentures. I liked the yield. In response to another 5i members question you mentioned you prefer the regular stock. Curious why.
Q: Hello,
Trading was halted Monday afternoon for FCF and as of today it still has not resumed trading. Any ideas why? Does a trading halt usually take this long?
Q: Are we seeing yet another short attack here?
Looks like they had a very positive announcement with the ABS notes just yesterday and now the stock is getting decimated. Why do these short attacks keep happening in Canada is there anything we can do about it. HCG, CRH, BAD, I'm sure there are others that I can't recall. Its getting tough to be a Canadian small/midcap investor.
Q: Can you tell me the difference between a trailing stop loss order and a trailing stock limit? Also is there any information on the your website with recommendations on the advantages and disadvantages of using stop loss orders. Thanks, Bill
