Q: Since your last response to a question re Timbercreek Senior Mortgage ( MTG ) on May 29/13, it has, or is in the process of,converting from a close-end fund to a corporation. Could you comment on the implications of such a conversion for potential investors, including fees involved in owning it as a corp.

Q: Bgi.un Brookfield infrastructure.
For an investor looking for long term stability, some growth and dividend income, would this be a good stock to own.
Also, would a basket of stocks bgi.un, wte and snc lavalin make good investing sense.

Q: I would like your opinion on entrec corp? My feeling is it is strategically in kitimat, fort mac, PE is 8, debt is a bit high, but should grow quickly in next 3 years with O&G growth in kitimat and Alberta.

Q: Fiera Capital (FSZ) has shown surprising share price upside during the last few months on modest volumes. Recent pullback has also been noticed. Q: Hi Peter & 5i: regarding Blaine's question on Partners REIT. There was a fire that destroyed one of their multi unit buildings at the Evergreen Shopping Centre in Sooke, BC, on July 31st. I believe that is a substantial reason for their continued descent the last week, while many other Canadian REITs appear to have been stabilizing a bit. The fire was "suspicious." Haven't heard anything on insurance coverage or dollar value loss estimates yet. Presumably they'll have some comments about it when they report later this week.

When a company puts out a news release stating they have hired a company for financial advisory services in relation to potential strategic relationships, combinations and transactions to enhance commercialization efforts
What exactly does the financial advisory service company do ?
(news release on TMD July 16th is an example)
