Q: Hi,

Could you please provide your insight on CEN-T(Coastal Energy). I dont beleive you have made any comments on this name before. A buyout offer was just pulled off the table. Do you think this is a good entry point considering the growth prospect of the company and their success thus far? thanks

Q: Hi Peter and team, this morning Pinecrest (PRY) and Spartan (STO) announced that they are combining forces to create a new dividend/growth oil company. Please provide your thoughts. I own a lot of Spartan and Pinecrest, so is this an opportunity to sell into strength (both are up this morning) or do you advise to hold on. Thanks!

The yield seems to be in the danger zone but the insiders have been buyer recently .Do you knowwhat the " special voting units" are that Mr.Goldhar has been buying privately.Is this additional equity outstanding that pays the same or different distribution? thanks.

Q: Hey guys. I am not familiar at all with Jovian Capital and probably wont buy it but the curiosity is killing me. They recently announced a special $3 a share dividend but the shareprice has only jumped 70 cents. Is there something I am missing? I noticed in May they also paid a special $4 dividend that didn't really move the stock either. Your insights are appreciated.

Q: Cliffs Natural Resources (CLF)trades in New York. Dividend yield is over 7%. This stock is down over 4$ today at close to $30. This is North Americas largest producer of iron ore pellets and I know there is some problem with iron ore prices declining. This was an $80 stock a year or so ago. Ian

I'd like your opinion on this "new generation" of dividend paying oil juniors.
