JAN 21, 2016 - Non-hazardous solid waste disposal company merging with Waste Connections. The deal, while at a low premium, looks good for long-term investors who want to hold on. However, with higher valuations and a good reception by markets of the news already, along with integration risks, we have downgraded the rating one notch to 'B+' and are dropping coverage due to the merger.

Q: Now Progressive Waste Solution is trading under the symbol WCN, will you be changing the company database symbol from "BIN" to "WCN" in the future? Or should we continue to search under "BIN" and "WCN"? As a side note, would you add WCN to the company database. Thank you.

Q: 5I and team you are greatly appreciated. I still have 200 shares of BIN,would you sell or hold today? Also I hold 250 shares of KHC and am up 95% in CDN $ sell all or 50% or hold?
