Q: Hi. I was wondering your thoughts on Cipher Pharma (DND-T). The stock has been on a tear recently, especially after the Canadian release of Epuris. What are your thoughts on this stock and do you think it's too late to jump in? Thank you

Q: Hello Peter,
What are your thoughts on Brookfield Residential Properties (BRP). It has had a decent run but appears to be stalling lately. How significant will the impact of rising interests in the US be on home builders ? Will rising consumer confidence negate the impact?

Q: Could I have your assessment of Spyglass Resources [SGL]? Their monthly dividend was lowered but it states the amount will be set each month based on a number of factors. I've held this stock, via ownership of predecessor companies, for a number of years. As long as they pay dividends I'm happy to sit and collect even though I am at a 'paper' loss position now.
