Q: Your thoughts on Forcefieldenergy inc. FNRG Please

Q: I have some LHR stock from way back when it was a REIT and am sitting on a loss (which I don't need to take at this point, tax wise). It's been ticking up lately but is sparsely traded and has been more or less flat for years. Do you think that there any point holding this further?

Q: Is CTAS Cintas which also operates in Canada a direct competitor to KBL? Which is a better buy? Thank you.

Q: Just a general question about selling a stock......when is the best time to sell and how do you know when to sell one of your winners? It seems like when I sell a stock, say for a 20% gain it goes up another 20 and I am kicking myself.

Q: I have US$ in my non- RRSP account but would like to buy a US stock in my RRSP account but I have no US$ so I would have to pay the currency exchange difference. Is this a good idea? The US stock I am looking at buying is UTX.

AYA - Consumer Cyclical or Leisure service
BDI - Energy or Diversified Services
BYD.UN - Mutual Fund (Diversified Services)
CGX - Consumer Cycl or Services (Media)
DH - Info Tech or Services (Business)
STN - Industrials (Manuf) or Diversified Services
XTC - Cons Cyclical or Ind/Manuf
Also some REITS are called Financial/Real Estate?
The term "Services" seems to cross many sectors???

Q: ATS automation (ATA) reached a 52 week high of $16.56 on July 9, and then fell to a 52 week low of $12.00 on August 19.
Do you know of any explanation for the 27% drop?

I apologize for dragging on the T1135 subject, but I'm a bit confused by your response to Henry's example of the VALUE of his initial $50K investment rising above $100K at anytime of the year.

You said "Yes, in this case you would need to fill out form 1135. The requirement is if foreign assets are greater than $100,000 at any time during the taxation year."

I'm confused because I'm under the impression that if the total COST of the security is above $100K anytime of the year it would then become a requirement. If Henry bought at JNJ $50K and then held on indefinitely without purchasing any more shares he would not have this requirement regardless of whether or not the market value increased beyond $100K. I thought the key word is COST.

Am I missing something here? Thanks for your help.
