Q: Thanks for answering my question regarding the lawsuit filed by BXE. Just to clarify, I am an owner of TWM and have no interest in BXE. I was simply pointing out that BXE (like pretty much every other energy stock) had risen nicely over the past few weeks while TWM had not so I wondered if this lawsuit was the reason.

Q: I was wondering why the SP of TWM had been weak lately while the rest of the energy sector has been rebounding. This morning I stumbled into this while doing research. And BXE is a good example of a stock that has had a nice climb over the past 10 days. As always, I would appreciate your views.

On February 1, 2018, Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. ("Bellatrix") served an Amended Statement of Claim (Statement of Claim filed by Bellatrix on December 21, 2017) on Tidewater alleging a breach of a Gas Handling Agreement and CO&O Agreement pursuant to which Tidewater operates the BRC gas plant and processes Bellatrix gas volumes. The claim pertains to the allocation of NGLs at the plant, as well as production flow through and take-or-pay commitments. The claim is for $20.75 million plus additional damages. The action was commenced in the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. Tidewater subsequently filed a Statement of Defence and Counterclaim against Bellatrix seeking $9.5 million plus additional damages. As at the date hereof, Bellatrix has not filed a Statement of Defence to the Counterclaim.

Q: Can you comment on TWM's lastest quarter at the end of March and your outlook.

Q: Today TWM had 6x its normal volume and an intraday low of 1.21 and quickly rebounded back but still down 4% on the day any idea why the negative price action today and your thoughts on the stock thanks for the professional service

Q: Am I missing something, or does this not look attractive at these new much lower levels? I see the recent decline as driven by a reaction to higher rates and not anything troubling at the company. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

I have some cash in my TFSA, and I am interested in buying a stock with good growth in capital and dividend appreciation. I am a long term investor.

Currently in my TFSA, I have FAP, CHW, NEPT, PHO, SIS and S.

I am looking at TWM, Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure.

What do you think of TWM? Or do you have a better recommendation?

Q: I appreciate that to date, you haven't been overly enthusiastic about TWM, however, given that its recent results seemed to be good, the POR on its 2.5% dividend is only 34%, it just graduated to the TSX and finally, two days ago it entered into an agreement with TransAlta to build an inter-Alberta pipeline, might it perhaps be worth closer scrutiny?

Management certainly seem to have their eye on the ball.

It's not a company I follow, but a quick look at the company business and fundamentals seems to suggest TWM could be placed on my watchlist. In addition, the 3% dividend is ok.
