Not investment advice or solicitation to buy/sell securities. Do your own due diligence and/or consult an advisor.

Q: We have done very well on this name, so it has become one of our top holdings from a very modest position. It just had its best 6 month on the chart. Are the fundamentals all there? I like the idea of their mobile phone offering : Ting. I think one of the big names might like to buy them to take them of their oligomarket, this is my reason for having kept so far. Your opinion is valued, always.

Q: Hi, So, another good little company gets swallowed up, what would you do know, sell now, and if so any suggestions as to what to buy to replace what was to be a long term hold, or just hold the cash until something juicy comes along, like freshi?

Q: Hi, The recent large acquisition seems to have garnered strong market interest. After staying at $2.05-$2.15 level for a few days, stock price has taken off to new highs over last week, on heavy volume. Your recent comments indicate some concern over debt financing and have kept me on the sidelines. Am I missing the boat and is it worth starting with a partial position at these levels?

Q: Greetings, Peter, Ryan and Co.
I am trying to evaluate the upside potential of ImmunoPrecise Antibodies (IPA.V), a microcap in the very dangerous junior biotech sector. I would appreciate any insights/opinion that you might have, if any, and any sources you would recommend I use to do some more due diligence. My usual sources are of little value.
With appreciation.

Q: Hi Peter,

I have had ESP for 2-3 years and I have seen it as high as $4 when a potential deal with Rogers was in the works. It is currently my largest holding. ESP's last quarter was very positive and gave the price a good bump which has since dwindled. With approximatley $1.15 per share in cash, can we assume 1.5 X cash = $1.72 as a minimum value for this company? This has been the valuation I am basing my decisions on. With the current price approaching $2 a share (my average), I see good potential with manageable risk.

I look forward to your opinion on this one.

Cheers,
