Q: We have done very well on this name, so it has become one of our top holdings from a very modest position. It just had its best 6 month on the chart. Are the fundamentals all there? I like the idea of their mobile phone offering : Ting. I think one of the big names might like to buy them to take them of their oligomarket, this is my reason for having kept so far. Your opinion is valued, always.

Q: Hi, I just noticed IRD is being sold to Wilan for cash. Should I sell now or wait for the transaction to happen? how sure is the sale to go through? Will the company still exist as a seperate company or will it just blend into Wilan?

Q: What do you think of Wi-Lans acquisition and re-org today?
Q: Hi, The recent large acquisition seems to have garnered strong market interest. After staying at $2.05-$2.15 level for a few days, stock price has taken off to new highs over last week, on heavy volume. Your recent comments indicate some concern over debt financing and have kept me on the sidelines. Am I missing the boat and is it worth starting with a partial position at these levels?
Q: Greetings, Peter, Ryan and Co.
I am trying to evaluate the upside potential of ImmunoPrecise Antibodies (IPA.V), a microcap in the very dangerous junior biotech sector. I would appreciate any insights/opinion that you might have, if any, and any sources you would recommend I use to do some more due diligence. My usual sources are of little value.
With appreciation.

Q: Hi Peter,
I have had ESP for 2-3 years and I have seen it as high as $4 when a potential deal with Rogers was in the works. It is currently my largest holding. ESP's last quarter was very positive and gave the price a good bump which has since dwindled. With approximatley $1.15 per share in cash, can we assume 1.5 X cash = $1.72 as a minimum value for this company? This has been the valuation I am basing my decisions on. With the current price approaching $2 a share (my average), I see good potential with manageable risk.
I look forward to your opinion on this one.
Cheers,

Q: HiYa, I have done very well on CHW since starting to buy in November, and actually going overweight. I have recently liquidated to an underweight position. I would love to buy this stock back on the guess that it goes to 15 or 16 bucks?
Q: I still have TNC shares. Do you know when the payout will take place? If it's soon, I'll wait. If not, I'll sell and redeploy funds elsewhere?
Q: What is your evaluation and outlook for pivot. I am looking to add to my RRIF account to provide dividend income and eventually capital appreciation. Can you give me the payout ratio and in your view is the dividend sustainable in that it is currently paying 9% dividend. The 52 week low was mar. 23rd at $1.35. Thanks Tom
Q: I only have little of MBA and MBA has bought some assets. Please comment.

"delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") after the close of trading on Thursday, April 6, 2017 and will be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE")" .. and a little jump in the price today .. what does this move from one exchange to another mean exactly? .. is there anything significant here? thanks
