Q: I was wondering if you could provide any comments on Relay Medical. I have read that they are involved in rapid testing for COVID-19. I would appreciate any insight you may have to offer. Thanks so much!

Q: Hi,
I'm not sure what to make of the announcement of QUIS hiring an outside company (Gateway) to help them with investor relations. Is it positive because Gateway will be able to increase QUIS visibility to institutional investors? Is it negative in that QUIS may be desperate and needs assistance? ...or is it a non-issue?
Thanks as always for your valuable insight.

Q: Notice recent move on PTQ, ,largely, I assume on takeover/merger with company in southeastern U.S. Does management have experience and background in growth by acquisition strategies? and do insiders own much of this small cap ? Thanks, Bill
Q: Could you please comment on their recent financing. One of their Intended use of financing funds seemed to be to repurchase their own shares? Selling shares to buy their own shares doesn’t seem to make sense unless they had plan to Drive the share Price down.
Do you think they are planning a big buy Or a series of acquisitions like their Sister company Phm.
What is your going forward perspective on vmd. They seem to be in an ideal market area (ventilators) and able or pull in funds very cheaply and their shares seem to have consolidated. Thank you for the great unbiased advice you provide us diy investors.

Q: Hi 5i,
Somehow I let myself get seduced by Corus and bought in some time ago, and I'm now sitting on a fairly large (but so far unrealized) loss in a registered account. I've kept thinking there's potential and I'll at least get to the point where I'm only down 50% and will unload then, but things only seem to get worse. So my questions:
Now that it's so cheap is there any reasonable prospect that Corus might be seen as worthwhile takeover target by anyone out there such that the stock could possibly get a bump, or should I just put that thought down to wishful thinking, take my lumps and put what (little) money I'll get from selling into something with better prospects?
And who might such a white knight be, if you think there could be one?
Thanks,
Peter

Q: Hey Peter & Team,
Thanks for all your help this year and last. My subscription paid for itself in a matter of weeks. (please don't increase the price)
Having said that and before I proceed NO, I am not one of those "OH MY GOD, THE SKY IS FALLING" people at the first hint of a drop. I did however take on a new position in PHO on Wednesday and as of Friday's close it is off 13.9%.
Among my many rules, one in particular states "drop an equity when it gets to 15% below my average cost." A rule which allows me to avoid getting to that position where I wait, it goes down further then I get to the "have nothing to loose mentality" and end up with a name in my portfolio with a -88% in red next to it.
So... what do I do with PHO? I know you have been recommending it as one of a few equities to be added to a growth portfolio.
Do you see any reasons/trouble that might have caused the significant drop? Should I stick with my 15% rule. (hard to answer I know as it is a personal preference) Has your long term outlook for PHO changed? Is there any news you may have seen which could explain this precipitous drop? Feel free to add anything else.
Thanks for all you do

Q: Hello. I didn't find any questions asked about VERY. Would you be able to give me your thoughts about whether it might be worthy company to invest in? Thanks.
Q: Could you give your thoughts on CGY? It seems to have done well through and after March (ie the COVID market drop) and as a concept, I like its multiple segments that might sustain the company in various markets. But my concern is the very breath in diversity of its segments, and how the company can continue to retain focus for operations as a small cap name and also clarity for investors. Thoughts? Thanks for your valued input.
Q: Is there any point in holding on to American Hotel Income Properties or take the loss and move on?
Q: Thoughts on PDEX?
Q: Both NAVI and COOP look oddly undervalued even after one factors in known problems in their business models. NAVI pays a good dividend (too good?). COOP pays none. Is NAVI’s dividend well covered? COOP appears to trade at below book or is that incorrect? What do you calculate are the PEG ratios for each of theses companies? Financial sites give differing ratios.
What do you see as vulnerabilities that are perhaps not discernible to a non-finance professional? Interest rates are likely to remain low for several years; it appears the US economy will continue to be bolstered by at least some stimulus, however modest, through to at least end of year 2021. Would either company be a probable target by a new US Admin? I would be thankful for your looking under the hood. I am concerned there might be dangers of the type that are sometimes skipped even by premium finance sites.
Would you buy either company, and if yes, your preference (if any?)
