Q: This company, like many other hotel companies, has been clobbered the last couple of weeks. Seems to be overdone in my opinion. HOT runs hotels in the smaller US markets (non-conference hotels) and they will not be hit as hard as the larger chains operating in the New York and LA markets. Any thoughts on the prospects and valuation after the drubbing?

Q: In light of the company's audit and material weakness in financial reporting, what would you suggest someone holding a full position of one's growth portfolio? It is very close to the 52 week low but given the size, should it really matter? Get out at any cost, or count it as dead money until it gets back on its feet with outsized percentage returns? Is it fair to say the business model has little financial risk; mostly it is the reputation that fetches clients?

Q: Hello,
Im wondering What you think of these two companies now that they have come down significantly in price. Do you see it as an opportunity to slowly wade in or stay on sidelines.
Do you believe they will survive this crisis? Do they have high debt level?

Thank you

Q: If the impact of Coronavirus leaves a "stay at home" legacy do you think Upwork is a company that stands to benefit and grow (like Etsy for skilled labour)? My understanding is that it's a marketplace for those with skills to meet companies in need. Do you see it as one to benefit immediately and in an ongoing when conditions improve? Would you endorse scaling into this?

Q: I feel that management deceived their shareholders. "The Company has agreed to the buy-out of the contractual bonus compensation arrangements with the CEO". He took a huge payment. "These executives will remain in their respective positions, with current base salaries and benefits continuing, along with a new bonus plan." That is an outright lie. No sooner did he get his huge payment then the CEO announces his retirement. Really deceitful. Time to hang up on this company?
