Q: NYX Gaming continues to trade lower each day and yet there seem to be a number of positives on this company. First of all is there a short position on this company or is this decline due more to tax loss selling. Secondly TDWaterhouse shows a debt to capital ratio of 52%. Should I as a shareholder be concerned about this especially since I am considering buying more. TD also shows the cash flow as $0.31 and the price/cash flow as 5.4. Do you consider these adequate numbers to offset the debt load. Thirdly are these figures from TD reasonably accurate and if not could you please advise. Thanks as always for the excellent service that you provide.

Q: On October 24th you posted an article by Michael titled Looking for Profits During Tax-Loss Season. In the article thete is a list of companies and it sets out their percentage decline this year and their expected growth the next year. What are the top 5 companies in this list you would recommend based on fundamentals that are currently valued attractively that will grow in 2017?

Q: After reasonably positive financial results the shares made a new low on large volume. The only negative I could find was the low cash position triggering higher interest rate on the debentures. Would you suggest to continue holding or accept that the market is saying that there is something wrong with the company.
Thanks for the great service. Peter

Q: Hello 5i Team, I am down signifigantly in each of these 6 holdings. I'm prepared to hold for the next few quarters if any will make turnarounds in 2017. I'd appreciate your opinion. All are in a non registered account.
Thanks

Q: NYX has hit new 52 week lows today and has gone down pretty much daily for the last 2+ weeks. I still like its potential and I feel its been beaten down with Amaya and Intertain.I think the earnings release could help correct this negative momentum but its not until later November. There are no further support levels to base an exit on if it keeps dropping. So my question is do you see a point where NYX is beyond help and I should cut my losses? My fear is by the time we get to the earnings release the share price will be at $1.

Q: I have shares in Amaya, Intertain and NYX gaming and am quite discouraged with both their performance and their outlook. If I were to hold any of them could you rate them from strongest to weakest with reasons. Do you think any of them are an outright sell at this point. Thanks.

Q: Hello 5I
I currently hold these three but they have been a bit of a drag for a year or so. I was thinking of redeploying the capital elsewhere but I looked at TD Waterhouse charts on them and they appear to be gaining a bit in the last month or so. There are good bullish signals on them recently. I know you guys prefer point and figure charts but TD Waterhouse do not have them and I don't understand them. In a nutshell what do point and figure charts say about these stocks?

Thanks Again
Clarence
