Q: Technical indicators are strong showing a possible 22% increase or as much as $24.00-25.00 increase. There has been some inside selling, and wonder if this would be a good entry point.
Can I please have your thoughts, towards a new entry on this, and would you consider this a satisfactory investments for a tsfa, or RRSP.

Q: This stock has lost a quarter of its value since April 20. I realize there was a financing issue, but the steady downward momentum seems to be accelerating. I know growth stocks are volatile, but 25% is a serious fall with no end in sight. Last night on BNN Eric Nuttall described PHM is wildly overpriced and likely to take a huge fall if there is a market correction. Is it time to jump ship?

I just listened to the conference call from the end of April. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think I heard them say that a realistic longer term goal is now $1Bill in annual revenue? Not sure if I misheard them but they also said their EBITDA margin currently is around 60-65%? And companies like this could trade for 10-13x EBITDA? Thank-you

Q: In a reply to Dave (jun08) re Fixed Income / Bonds, you mentioned CBO as being "preferreds". I understood that CBO was comprised of 1-5yr laddered Corporate bonds. Can you clarify if CBO is made up of preferred shares.

Q: In Peter’s last appearance on BNN he made a brief reference to the Chinese stock market being in a bubble. I currently hold some iShares China Large-Cap ETF (FXI), and with the recent run-up have done very well with them. I greatly value Peter’s opinions, so I of course take notice when he uses the term “bubble” to describe any investment (for me the only term that invokes more fear is “irrational exuberance”). I’m happy with my weighting and allocation to China which are right where I feel they should be. However, the recent run-up and Peter’s comments have me wondering if it would not be wise to sell all of my FXI and wait this one out on the side. At present there just seems to be too much downside risk versus upside potential to be worth it. Any advice?
