Q: I have purchased shares in PKI. There is a nice cash dividend. There is an offer for investors to join a DRIP which would increase the dividend by 2%. This is tempting. TOL keeps falling nearly everyday and now my position in TOL is at less than 50% of my purchase price. Based on their resources, production and other facts, it is poised to be a good takeover candidate, but the price is a matter of concern and does not move up even with positive movement in either oil or natural gas prices. What should one do in such a situation. Buy more or sell and get out. Thanks
