Q: Good afternoon 5i. I am holding approximately 20% of my stock portfolio in REIT's: D.UN, DI.UN, LW, and Ax.UN. Your response to an earlier question indicated that REIT'S were currently caught up in a sector rotation and thus their decline recently. My questions are do you feel 20%is too large a holding given the market situation, and if so which of my REIT's would you drop.
Thanks for your insight.

Q: Hey, guys. What type of earnings growth are you expecting from Tesla Motors (TSLA)? I remember reading somewhere their estimated earnings per share for 2014 is something like $1.50 per share. What type of earnings per share do you expect them to post in 2014 and 2015? Thanks, as always.
Q: KKR
I have purchased shares in KKR and recently it is in a tailspin downwards. Should I get out and take my loss or how do you see the future for this stock. Thanks.
Q: Thanks for all the info and insights. Understand that some costly executive changes are about to occur (or have) at IPL.UN. Does this presage the end of the 'party' in terms of share price appreciation? or will it just be a short term blip?
Q: CSH.UN
Hi,
just read your reply to previous question about this company....is your answer still applicable as we now see a further over 5% decline today ? Is there something only some people know but the rest of us don't ?
Thank you.
Paul
Q: Crescent Point is down now to approx $36.04. I bought it around $38. You have in the recent past recommended buying when stocks are rising. Considering it has been recommended a few times recently and is held by some big funds, would you recommend buying it now to average my cost down? Thanks in advance. Gary
Q: Hello Peter,
D.UN Dundee REIT, is hitting new 52 week lows for several weeks and many other REITS are close to their 52 week lows. Is there something wrong with the REIT sector. Are REITS considered a Buy, Hold or Sell. Thanks, Max
Q: Hi Peter,
In a recent answer you mentioned in your opinion 'Some cyclicals are recommended --materials and manufacturing.' Metals and mining have really been hammered- would you recommend starting to pick them up now?
Thanks
Q: Timber creek is dropping like a stone. Is this the sector rotation or is there something wrong with the company? Can you tell me what the NAV is of TMC?
Q: hello 5i:
I own shares in OLE, which has an offer to purchase, from TGZ. Please give me your opinion of TGZ as a company, and what effect the shares of OLE would have on TGZ, if acquired.
thanks
Paul
Q: Thank you for your service and your willingness to comment on questions beyond the stocks you're following. I hope your answer to our situation will be useful to your other clients.
You have suggested the Canadian Preferred Shares ETF CPD for other clients' bond and fixed income holdings and we took advantage of that advice with some GIC and moneymarket holdings. We've held TD Canadian Bond Fund TDB162 for many years (before 5iResearch and the wonderful Model Portfolio!)and are thinking of replacing the TD fund with CPD. Do you agree with this action?
