Q: Peter; I am looking at AW.UN as a REIT switch but I notice when they declare their distributions they are

Q: Hi Peter. I've been following Nordic American Tanker { NAT } Recently it has had a pretty fair move to the upside, But still yields around 6.5%. My first question is: Is there a web site I can monitor VLCC daily rates. NAT's break even point is around $1250 per day. And what are your thoughts on the future of this stock.

Q: Hi Peter,

I recently came across an article in the Financial Post regarding shipping oil & gas by rail and the backlog of orders for the specialized tank cars for doing so. The article mentions the major producers of tank cars: Trinity Industries (TRN), Greenbier (GBX) as well as American Railcar (ARII). I'd love to hear your thoughts on those companies in this regard. Q: Hi Peter,

I know that you are a fundamantlist. I am wondering if the 50 day moving average crosses the 200 day moving average its is a sign that the stock is moving up. I have also checked numerous charts and seen that stocks have moved 200% when the 20,50 and 200 days moving average have crossed at the same time. Can you pls comment on this.
