Q: Hi Peter,
I'm really enjoying the service that you and your team provide. It was good to hear your clip on DNTO last year.
I'd like to get your thoughts on the Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX). I find their US real estate exposure, in particular, to be interesting and the private equity space seems to be regaining some momentum. Their recently announced distribution policy for 2013 looks like to could bear promise, although the stock could be considered to be expensive at its current level. Any comments you may have would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Scott

Q: Re: Investment in Canadian Agriculture
Global population growth, combined with increasing standards of living in Asia will likely cause a rapid growth in the world demand for high protein food. Canada has ample fresh water, millions of acres of potentially productive land and, eventually, may be a net beneficiary of global warming. Looking to the mid-range future (5-10 years) can you identify investment opportunities related to an expanding role for Canada as a global supplier of foodstuffs through agricultural real estate, water diversion, irrigation and genetic modification technologies for crops and livestock?

Q: SSL - Sandstorm Gold. This stock dropped almost 7% this morning and is well off its highs. Would this be a buying opportunity to average out my holdings - or would it be more like catching a falling knife?
Thanks.
