Q: Hi Peter and Group
How do you view the $50 million increase in credit recently obrained by Badger. I think company quarter reporting is not too far off. I am down considerably on the stock and wonder if this will be material to their quarterly report Thanks for all your good work. I have learned a lot since taking up membership, I think.

Q: hello - I'm going to use one of my questions for a friend Through his employment he has ended up with Edgewater REIT and doesn't know what to do. I see in May you had an initial review of this new REIT. Since then there has been a secondary offering, no insider buying (at least in the market place).

Would you provide an updated review I would be able to share with him.

Do you know of any public disaster recovery/restoration companies that are similar in operations to Belfor (http://www.belfor.com/) that would allow one to get exposure to that industry?

The company does not have to be located in Canada.

Q: Greetings:
I own both atrium and timbercreek,TMC and AI. They are in the same business, and although one always stands to be corrected, I believe Atrium is maybe managed a little better. In the most recent week ai has held firm and maybe a little up while tmc is hurting. Any ideas?, because interest rate movements and discussions should affect them equally.

Q: What do you think of all the changes going on at loblaw L? It hit a new high today. I really like loblaw finally and am thinking of adding to my position. I know they need to integrate shoppers but with all the joe fresh stores opening up and the dividend money they keep getting from their choice REIT I see nothing but upside on loblaw. Agree?

Q: RBI. RB Energy. I have read all your Q/A's pertaining to this security. I am just wondering if this company might be acquired, by a bigger international co. ie as Talison, based in Australia. RBI is the only co. trying to produce Lithium from hard rocks.The other one being Talison, which meets 35% of world demand. There are no other co's producing Lithium from hard rocks.This the only reason I am reluctant to sell the stock, when it has lost 90% of its value.I value your opinion very much.

Q: I am of the belief that interest rates are set to rise in the near term (although I have held this belief for the last Year). To play this thesis, I am looking at PROSHARES SHORT 20+ YEAR TREASURY ETF (TBF;NY). At today's price, this ETF is at a 52-week low so I feel that there will be greater upside potential than downside risk. I am looking at a 5% position as a hedge to my positions in interest rate sensitive stocks in the telecomm and enegy infrastructure space that will decline if interest rates do rise. Does this thesis make sense?

Also, in the event that the 10 Year Yield moves higher (say 3.0%), what impact will there be on Canadian and US Financials?

3) Also, what Agriculture ETF would you recommend Canadian, USA or Global ?

Q: re: TWX Time Warner

After the nice rise, TWX is down over 4% since the close of last session. It was reported that 21st Century Fox isn't likely to face any competing bidders to buy the movie studio and cable channel owner.

Do you think this is reason enough for the slightly lower closing or is there something else we should be aware of? And would suggest taking a portion of the profits recently realized when the takeover bid news was originally aired, or sit tight?
