Q: What do you anticipate for the 4th Quarter report for this REIT ? After a steady decline in price in 2014, the past 3 months shows a steady price around $4.00. This stock is rated 8 out of 10 by Thompson Reuters, and there has been strong insider buying over the past year. Yet most analysts rank it as a hold due to high payout. Your call ?

Q: There has been large volume of inside selling on the above. If this a concern or is it a signal to sell.

With the split in the company just trying to understand. Peter have you met with management.

Q: Good morning. I am trying to find a Canadian ETF for small cap American stocks hedged or unhedged but preferably unhedged. If there are no such Canadian ETF could you recommend a US ETF. Thanks

Q: These stocks are at the low end of my portfolio in terms of asset allocation(<.5%): EGL.un,AR,TBE,AHF,ZAR,IRG,WEQ,S,FC.
Are any worthy of continuing to hold or buy more; or is it time to more on? Thank you for your advice.

Q: Over the past month ADN is up ~ 11 % while WEF is down ~25%. ADN has a PE of only 6.6 Vs. 12.4 for WEF, ADN has a PB of 1.1 vs 1.9 for WEF and finally ADN has a slightly higher yield of 5.4% vs 4.2% (based on TMX data). I have a very small position (<1% total portfolio) and wondering at this point would you favour adding to WEF or selling WEF and buying ADN. I do not want to own both as I already have too many stocks.

Q: Regarding Linda's question on washing within RRSP. RBC Direct for a few years now, has both US and Canadian currency accounts in RRSP, TSFA and all other accounts. Thus when you trade US securities they stay in US $ and you are not hit with currency exchanges coming and going. I find this feature a huge advantage.

Q: Peter and Team, I used to think this was just coincidence. But I’m quite positive now that I know FOR CERTAIN how to determine exactly when a stock is going to drop between 5 and 10 percent, to wit: This will occur within the two trading days following my purchase of said stock. (Latest example: Exco.) My question is: how can I harness this newfound knowledge for my own financial benefit – or possibly even for the good of all mankind? (Please do not say “buy puts”. I’m quite sure this would only cause the stock to skyrocket.) Thanks as always, James
