Q: What do you anticipate for the 4th Quarter report for this REIT ? After a steady decline in price in 2014, the past 3 months shows a steady price around $4.00. This stock is rated 8 out of 10 by Thompson Reuters, and there has been strong insider buying over the past year. Yet most analysts rank it as a hold due to high payout. Your call ?

Q: There has been large volume of inside selling on the above. If this a concern or is it a signal to sell.
With the split in the company just trying to understand. Peter have you met with management.

Q: Hi Team,
Can you give me your outlook on QST and SUM. I hold SUM in my TFSA at about a 7% position, and QST in my registered account at about a 2% position. Haven't seen much movement as of late on either one.
Thanks,
Jordan

Q: Would you kindly give me a list of Canadian stocks that will benefit from the improving US economy. Thanks for the wonderful service you provide.
Q: On March 4th, you gave a fairly negative view of Baytex Energy. They have just announced a new issue of common shares at $17.35. Is this now a decent entry point and would the added revenue alter your opinion on the company going forward?
Q: These stocks are at the low end of my portfolio in terms of asset allocation(<.5%): EGL.un,AR,TBE,AHF,ZAR,IRG,WEQ,S,FC.
Are any worthy of continuing to hold or buy more; or is it time to more on? Thank you for your advice.

Q: Over the past month ADN is up ~ 11 % while WEF is down ~25%. ADN has a PE of only 6.6 Vs. 12.4 for WEF, ADN has a PB of 1.1 vs 1.9 for WEF and finally ADN has a slightly higher yield of 5.4% vs 4.2% (based on TMX data). I have a very small position (<1% total portfolio) and wondering at this point would you favour adding to WEF or selling WEF and buying ADN. I do not want to own both as I already have too many stocks.
Appreciate your excellent service.

Q: Wondering if you have any comments on 5N Plus as potential growth stock. They seem to have been growing steadily and well over the last few years although not a large company comparatively.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: Hi 5i team,
What do you think of CWB now that it is paying 4% in dividend? It is down 25% this year. Thanks

Q: Could you comment on the combination of Northwest healthcare and Northwest International Healthcare ?
Q: Hi Peter and Team!!! I hold both BDT and Dream Office Reit D.UN(who thought of that name I wonder). They both pay a good dividend. I am down on what I bought them for. Should I continue to hold, or is there trouble on the horizon? Technically, I am holding them for the dividend, but am open to suggestions. Cheers, Tamara
Q: CLCT has recently pulled back a bit after a nice run. What is your current opinion of purchasing this US small-cap stock now as a 1 - 3 yr hold, and how well covered is their (rather juicy!) dividend?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Q: Could I have an updated opinion of UNS.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Q: Regarding Linda's question on washing within RRSP. RBC Direct for a few years now, has both US and Canadian currency accounts in RRSP, TSFA and all other accounts. Thus when you trade US securities they stay in US $ and you are not hit with currency exchanges coming and going. I find this feature a huge advantage.

Q: Peter and Team, I used to think this was just coincidence. But I’m quite positive now that I know FOR CERTAIN how to determine exactly when a stock is going to drop between 5 and 10 percent, to wit: This will occur within the two trading days following my purchase of said stock. (Latest example: Exco.) My question is: how can I harness this newfound knowledge for my own financial benefit – or possibly even for the good of all mankind? (Please do not say “buy puts”. I’m quite sure this would only cause the stock to skyrocket.) Thanks as always, James
Q: Hello Peter. In a RESP account for a 16 yr old child valued at 50k, are you comfortable moving it to model income portfolio. Current holdings CDZ,CHB,XHY,CNR,ENB,XFN (about equal weights). or any other suggestion. Thanks and keep up good work.
Q: Hi Peter and Staff:
You have probably already aware of Amaya response below. You may or may not wish to publish however I was wondering what would be a good entry point here, if I was to leverage down
"Amaya comments on media report regarding Italian operation (cnw)
MONTREAL, March 11, 2015 /CNW/ - Amaya Inc. ("Amaya" or the "Corporation") (TSX: AYA) today provided clarification to a media report regarding a tax dispute involving the Italian operations of PokerStars.
The tax dispute relates to operations of PokerStars dating from before the acquisition of the company by Amaya in August, 2014. The merger agreement related to that transaction provides remedies to address certain income tax and other liabilities that might occur post-closing but stemming from operations prior to the date of acquisition, including monies held in escrow as initial sources for indemnification. The current tax dispute is something Amaya was aware of prior to the transaction. Amaya does not anticipate that these tax issues would apply to future fiscal periods. The company's operations continue as usual on www.pokerstars.it and it remains focused on delivering the most popular online"
Thanks again for your great advice.
